The cast of Arrested Development were joined by their significant others and a few famous friends when they hosted the premiere of their series's new Netflix episodes in Hollywood yesterday. Portia de Rossi cuddled with wife Ellen DeGeneres on the orange carpet, and the duo chatted with Portia's costars at the event. Meanwhile, Jason Bateman brought his wife, Amanda Anka, to the bash, and David Cross posed with his spouse, Amber Tamblyn. Aubrey Plaza dropped by the premiere's afterparty and talked with friend and The To Do List costar Alia Shawkat, who also posed alongside Michael Cera. One celebrity who wasn't at the premiere was John Krasinski, who will reportedly have a cameo in Arrested Development's upcoming episodes. No details have been revealed about John's guest appearance, but fans will be able to find out soon enough when all 15 episodes of the show hit Netflix on May 26.

Watch Adam Brody and Michael Cera Spoof The Bachelorette in Burning Love Season Two
Burning Love, the popular web series that spoofs The Bachelor, is back for a second season, and this time there will be plenty of male comedians in the dating pool. After being rejected in season one, June Diane Raphael stars as the bachelorette. Alongside season one veterans like Ben Stiller and Adam Scott, funny newcomers Adam Brody and Michael Cera will be vying for June's attention, hoping to "hold her box" after each "box ceremony." Fans of the series can expect the same hilarious, ridiculous brand of drama — everything from puppet shows to tap dancing, from spanking to bad hair extensions. As June says, "Every feeling that there has been to feel, I have felt."

The series premieres on Valentine's Day, but you can catch a sneak peek from the trailer below.

Michael Cera — Love Him or Leave Him?

Friends, I think it's time we discussed a topic called Michael Cera backlash. The root of the problem is that Cera always seems to play the same character (don't believe me? check out this chart of evidence). Keeping right on trend, he's set to produce a TV series called 13th Grade, about a guy who's having trouble transitioning to the real world after graduating from high school. Cera fatigue has also been credited as a possible reason why Scott Pilgrim vs. the World tanked at the box office.
Now, I'm not saying that Cera necessarily deserves the current recoil; I am one of the many, many Arrested Development devotees that fell head over heels for George Michael Bluth, and more importantly, Cera's perfect portrayal of a bumbling adolescent. No matter how many times he's pigeonholed on the big screen, I can always go back to my AD DVD collection to restore my faith in Cera.
What about you — are you tired of seeing Cera playing the same old parts, or does he still amuse you with his deadpan humor and twitchy-yet-lovable characters? Weigh in on the debate!
Anna Kendrick Takes on the World With Michael and Jason
Anna Kendrick was in London yesterday to make the press rounds with her Scott Pilgrim vs. the World costars Michael Cera and the soon-to-be dad, Jason Schwartzman. The trio is in Europe ahead of their movie's release there — it opened in the US last Friday and came in third at the weekend box office, behind The Expendables and Eat Pray Love. Anna is back into the swing of hanging out with the boys after their recent LA premiere stint at Comic-Con and junket, where she revealed that she thinks of Michael in particular as a brother.
