The night before he attended one final screening of the movie before sneaking off to a private afterparty with Kristen Stewart. Today is the opening day for New Moon, and I think that by now, it's pretty obvious that here at Sugar HQ, we're totally excited about it! (In fact, we're going to all take in a screening of the movie today). While many fans focus on the vamps and romance, I'm more apt to notice the architecture and home decor.
New Moon Breaks Midnight Box Office Record!
It's official — all that promotion paid off! Summit Entertainment just released the news that New Moon had the biggest midnight opening of all time, raking in an estimated $26.27 million last night! It beat out Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince as well as The Dark Knight.
