What Is Your Favorite TV Dance Competition Show?
This shouldn't come as a shock given my love for dance movies, but I'm pumped for the return of America's Best Dance Crew. The fifth season kicks off on MTV tonight (at 10/9c) where we'll be watching southern teams battle for their spot on the show.
By now, I pretty much know what to expect: a few harrowing stories of growing up in the school of hard knocks, Lil Mama sporting something sparkly, and at least one girl group in way-too-tight spandex — but hey, that's all just part of the series' signature.

Russell Talks Winning So You Think You Can Dance
It's been barely 24 hours since America declared its new favorite dancer on So You Think You Can Dance: Russell Ferguson. The krumper showed an incredible amount of growth outside his chosen style, and won over both the hearts of the judges and voters. The busy champ had a chance to talk to reporters this morning to discuss his victory, his history with krump, and his next plans.
Russell Is the Winner of So You Think You Can Dance Season 6!
Season six of So You Think You Can Dance is all over, and America has declared its favorite dancer: Russell!
Although I had a couple favorites I was thinking of in addition to Russell, I can't imagine having a more emotional response to a winner. Russell was so appreciative, so exemplary of the growth that this kind of show can bestow, that I can't imagine the honors going to anyone else.

Elin Nordegren was spotted out in Florida yesterday with her two kids amid stories that she is moving out of the home she shares with husband Tiger Woods. The last six standing on So You Think You Can Dance performed for the final time (well, final in terms of voting) last night, and tonight, the winner will be announced amid appearances from Jennifer Lopez, Adam Lambert, and Leona Lewis. Despite that star wattage, the only star I'm looking forward to seeing is America's favorite dancer. Anyway, let's talk about the dances last night!
Who Should Win So You Think You Can Dance?
We almost know who the winner of So You Think You Can Dance is! I already showed you my favorite dances of the season, but now it's time to call who you think should win season six.
Tuesday night's dances will determine who wins tonight (stay tuned for a full rundown later), and I won't lie — I'm rooting hard for Kathryn and Jakob.
