8 Stylist-Approved Music Festival Looks You Need to Pack This Season
Festival season is the most stylish season of them all! And now that it's that time of the year, I couldn't be more excited. I've put together some tips on how to not only look fabulous, but also break away from the stereotypical "flower crown and high boots" festival-girl look.
My looks are inspired by the latest Spring/Summer 2017 collections, specifically Roberto Cavalli's, which was a take on femininity (lace, soft fabrics and textures, flower prints, and embroideries), power, and boldness.
Scroll ahead to find eight festival looks that are all about mixing prints, colors, textures, and accessories in an easygoing way.

Linen Dresses
Pair up a beautiful linen dress with metallic stripes, a vintage buckle belt, and a hat for a boho vibe. Add fringe booties to seal the look!
Fringe Jackets
Bring out that Summer dress you've been dying to wear all year and pair it up with a fringe jacket like I did here. Dress up your solid-colored pieces with textures and statement pieces like this Carolina K. flower embroidered hat!
Bangles, Necklaces, and Belts
We all know accessories are my thing, and when it comes to dressing up for a festival, I actually get them all out of my closet to play. Spice up your look with bangles, necklaces, and statement belts. Just make sure to follow a color scheme!
Something Floral
Flowers on flowers on flowers. Don't be afraid of mixing completely different prints — just have fun with it.
Funky Prints
This dress instantly makes me feel festive with its magical print! When you wear very busy prints with bright colors, just make sure to mix and match only with pieces in the same color scheme.
Black and White Pieces
A maxi skirt with a bodysuit never fails. Stack up all your accessories, grab your Western booties, and put on your favorite straw or wool hat and you will definitively be the chicest at the festival.
Sheer Maxis
A sheer maxi dress is sexy and boho all at once. Keep it simple by adding accessories but not much else. Comfortable shoes are a must!
Long-Sleeved Maxi Dresses
Long-sleeved maxi dresses instantly make you look dressed up. Grab your favorite statement earrings and sunglasses, zip up your suede booties, and you are ready to go from festival to dinner.
