Star Trek's latest chapter isn't just for Trekkies. Zoe Saldana and Alice Eve's promo tour has already been proof of the glamour on Star Trek Into Darkness's red carpets. But last night's premiere got quadruple the celebrity-style treatment when Kate Beckinsale and Jennifer Morrison joined the film's leading ladies in LA. Jennifer channeled Disco-era dazzle in a sequined jumpsuit, then polished it off with nude platform pumps and a pair of major jewel-drop earrings. Kate took a more subtle approach in a riff on the classic LBD, a strapless and asymmetrical-hemmed dress from Alberta Ferretti, which she amped up with a playful pair of neon sandals. As for the night's costars, Zoe Saldana bared her midriff in a ruffled, nude peekaboo confection from Rodarte's Fall '13 collection and Alice Eve slipped into a sleek gold and black sheath from Zuhair Murad. That's the rundown on who wore what; now it's time to cast your vote.

Tom Cruise Boldly Goes to the Star Trek Into Darkness Premiere
Tom Cruise supported his fellow action stars when he dropped by the Star Trek Into Darkness premiere in LA yesterday. He met up with director J.J. Abrams at the afterparty at AV nightclub and chatted with Paramount Pictures CEO Brad Grey. Meanwhile, the film's star Zoe Saldana created a buzz of her own when she walked the gray carpet in a sheer Rodarte dress. She later met up with an Alberta Ferretti-clad Kate Beckinsale inside the event, as well as her costars Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto. Jennifer Morrison created a red carpet moment when she dropped by the premiere while wearing an Edition by Georges Chakra powder blue jumpsuit. Also in attendance was Zoe's costar Alice Eve, who previously told us that she had trouble keeping all the secrets about the Star Trek script to herself.

Met Gala Beauty: Jennifer Morrison's Braided Fauxhawk

Pulling out all the punk stops, Jennifer Morrison went for full-on edge for her Met Gala hairstyle. The braided fauxhawk was full on height and loaded with texture. She kept her makeup fairly simple with a touch of eyeliner and a pop of red on her lips.

Pretty Plaits: Whose Braids Were the Best This Week?

Spring is in the air, which means the beauties of Hollywood are busting out their braids. Both January Jones and Jennifer Morrison (upper right) were spotted wearing two totally different types of braids at the Coach Evening to Benefit Children's Defense Fund earlier this week, while Sarah Hyland opted for a tousled braid at the Skip and Donate gala. However you decide to style it, braids are big for Spring, but whose did you love best?
Amanda Seyfried Teams Up With Naya Rivera and Jennifer Morrison For an Allure Event
Amanda Seyfried made a stylish appearance at Allure magazine's Look Better Naked issue launch party in LA last night. The actress donned a black and gray Roland Mouret ensemble as she mingled with the magazine's editor in chief Linda Wells and Hollywood actresses like Naya Rivera, Leven Rambin, and Jennifer Morrison, who celebrates her 34th birthday today. The star-studded event was in honor of Amanda's upcoming April cover, in which she is clothed, while Naya and Jennifer are both featured in stripped-down looks for the publication's seasonal body-image feature.
Amanda will continue her red-carpet run after revealing last night that she will attend the Met Gala for the first time on May 6. Before Amanda prepares for the fashion industry's biggest night, though, she'll start work on A Million Ways to Die in the West with Charlize Theron.
Once Upon a Time: Jennifer Morrison Hopes "Emma Has Some Romance in Her Life"
This season of Once Upon a Time has brought a lot of new things for Jennifer Morrison's character Emma now that the curse has been lifted, including relationships with the parents she didn't know were her parents (Snow White and Prince Charming). Season two has also brought plenty of trouble in the form of Captain Hook, played by new cast member Colin O'Donoghue. I recently visited the set of Once Upon a Time with a few other reporters, and we chatted with Morrison about Hook, their burgeoning romantic tension, and the latest developments for Emma. Read her interview and stay tuned for more from the cast and future episodes!
There's some sexual tension between Emma and Hook.
Jennifer Morrison: Yeah, it’s been really fun working with Colin and having Emma interact with that character because they’re definitely kindred spirits. They’re both thieves, and they’ve come from troubled pasts, and they’ve both lost a true love, and so I think that there’s a lot that they recognize in each other. So there’s that camaraderie and also that combativeness with that right away.
Are you hoping they'll get together?
JM: I’m hoping that Emma has some romance in her life. It’s been awhile.
Henry's father seemed great too.
JM: Oh yeah, he’s great. Michael Raymond-James [who plays Emma's ex, Neal Cassady] is great too. We’ve been so lucky — we’ve had so many wonderful people join the show this year. That episode ["Tallahassee"] in particular was really fun, just to be able to show her backstory and show the parallel to what was going on with Hook and all that stuff. And as much as there are similarities in those relationships, those two guys couldn’t be any more different, which is also great.

Jennifer Morrison Talks Magic and Romance in Once Upon a Time Season 2
Once Upon a Time is returning for its second season on Sunday, and I got the chance to talk to the show's star Jennifer Morrison at an event for the series at Bloomingdale's in New York City. Jennifer spilled some details about the upcoming season, including Emma getting a love interest, and she even let slip that there are more than just the two realms that we know of. We'll have to wait to find out exactly what she means, but until then, check out the interview to get the Once Upon a Time scoop.
Once Upon a Time at Comic-Con: The Cast Reveals Season Two Hints and New Characters
The cast and showrunners of Once Upon a Time came to Comic-Con today for their panel, and the very excited group was happy to talk about season two and what it means for the show now that magic has come to Storybrooke. Stars Ginnifer Goodwin, Lana Parrilla, Jennifer Morrison, Josh Dallas, Meghan Ory, and new series regular Emilie de Ravin joined creators Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz to joke around on stage and give some details about who and what is coming when Once Upon a Time returns this Fall.

- Kitsis and Horowitz revealed a few things we'll definitely see play out in season two. We'll find out who Dr. Whale's (David Anders) fairy-tale counterpart is (some audience members yelled Monstro, and the panel members didn't deny it), what happened when August/Bae turned into wood, and most importantly, who Henry's father is.
- Now that the characters in Storybrooke remember their pasts, Horowitz said the characters may still go by their Storybrooke names (like Mary Margaret and Regina). "Those identities are part of who they are now," he asserted. Kitsis also assured us that even though everyone remembers their other identity, we'll still go back and forth between fairy-tale flashbacks and Storybrooke.
- The cast said they just got the season two scripts the other day, and Goodwin was excited about them, telling us that "as an audience member, it's exactly what I would want to see."
- The funniest part of the panel was a cute video the cast made for a fictional dating website called "Singlebrooke," in which the cast members, in character, said what they're looking for in a partner. Highlights included seeing Graham (Jamie Dornan) again, David saying he's looking for someone "milk white" and wondering if that was racist, and Leroy/Grumpy saying his ideal lady would hang out with him and his six buddies.
- At the very end of the panel, we were treated to a teaser for season two (which I've included below), where one character was revealed. In the footage, a shadowy figure breaks into Mr. Gold's shop, and all you can see is his coat and black leather-gloved hand . . . until he finds what he's looking for and puts it on: a hook! So I think it's safe to say we'll see Captain Hook and Peter Pan this season.
- We also saw a video compiled of the title cards the show used last season, which also included some cards from the upcoming season. If you watch, you can see some hints about the characters coming!
