The event was hosted by actress Gemma Arterton and British radio presenter Nick Grimshaw, bringing out a group of stylish stars. Designer Stella McCartney was honored with two titles including designer of the year and best designer brand, while Alexa Chung took home British style icon for the third time. Model Amber Valletta chose a dramatic red gown for the occasion, and singer Rita Ora went strapless in Vivienne Westwood. Rita made the rounds and said hello to pals like the designer Valentino. Salma Hayek was on hand to celebrate and mingled with Princess Beatrice, while Lily Collins arrived with boyfriend Jamie Campbell Bower. It was the couple's first official appearance after they were linked over the Summer while filming The Mortal Instruments.

Lily and Jamie are in Canada to work on their movie, The Mortal Instruments. It looks like Lily and Jamie are getting close after both recently becoming single. Lily reportedly split from Zac Efron while Jamie and Bonnie Wright called off their engagement just last month. The new couple have each other and work to keep themselves busy, though. In addition to his latest project, Jamie will soon get started promoting the final installment of Twilight before it hits theaters in November. Lily, meanwhile, can be seen on the small screen after Mirror, Mirror was released on DVD.

The cast of Anonymous stepped out last night in Toronto for the debut of the Roland Emmerich-helmed film, which hits theaters on Oct. 28. Rhys Ifans, Jamie Campbell Bower, and Xavier Samuel were on hand, along with their costars Joely Richardson and Rafe Spall, for the world premiere. The period piece explores the story of Shakespeare and questions whether the man from Stratford Upon Avon was the true author of some of the world's most beloved plays and poems. The movie enjoyed a strong reception from the audience last night, and the stars of the film were back to work this a.m. at a press day for the project, where we had the chance to catch up with them. Rhys, who last night admitted to being "vainly moved" by the film, said the strength of the cast made him decide to sign on for the project. Meanwhile, Xavier and Jamie both reminisced with us about their shared experience as part of the Twilight Saga. Xavier said he's most looking forward to seeing the birth scene in Breaking Dawn and also told us a funny story about his brother being mistaken for Jamie during a trip they took to Berlin together. Xavier said his brother had long hair at the time and that the crowd outside their hotel was convinced he was Jamie, so he signed a few autographs and posed for pictures for a laugh. Meanwhile, Xavier went completely unrecognized, and the next day, the paper ran a picture of the brothers with the caption: "Jamie Campbell Bower and friend."

There's a British invasion happening in Hollywood at the moment. Earlier this week we learned that English actor Henry Cavill would be starring as Superman in the reboot, The Social Network star Andrew Garfield is heating up every award season red carpet, and Tom Sturridge stars opposite Rachel Bilson in this week's release, Waiting For Forever. Dakota Fanning and Michael Sheen had the company of fellow Volturi Jamie Campbell Bower and Cameron Bright last night as they shot Breaking Dawn in New Orleans. It was just a few days ago that Dakota left LA and headed south to the set, looking chic in her leggings and booties. A big group of actors hung out yesterday in Louisiana, though Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were noticeably absent. Robert and Kristen logged time there earlier this Fall, but they really got down to business during their recent shirtless- and bikini-filled getaway to Brazil.
