Get Your Time Warp Ready With This 20-Minute Rocky Horror HIIT Dance Workout Video

Nothing screams Halloween like The Rocky Horror Picture Show, and we're so excited that Emily Thorne, otherwise known as Emkfit, shared a HIIT workout full of dance moves set to music from the iconic musical-comedy horror film. The Canfitpro-certified personal trainer chose some truly legendary songs: "Dammit Janet," "Touch-a, Touch-a, Touch-a, Touch Me," "Hot Patootie – Bless My Soul," and "Time Warp" (of course). Are you a creature of the night? Let's find out.

You'll do two moves for each song, alternating between the moves for 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. There's hip rotations, awkward-on-purpose jumping, pelvic thrusts, air guitar, and a burpee variation of sorts where you do wide-legged mountain climbers. It's silly, sweat-inducing, and all kinds of fun!
