Hold Onto Your Hats, Because Trading Spaces Is Coming Back and There's a Trailer to Prove It

Home decor junkies, rejoice! After 10 years, TLC's Trading Spaces is getting a revival this Spring, and we have the trailer to prove it. The video trailer was uploaded to the show's Facebook page on Jan. 12, and to say we're excited about its premiere would be a gigantic understatement.

If you need a refresher on the premise of the show, no worries, it's a pretty straightforward deal: two sets of neighbors are given two days and $2,000 each (up from the previous $1,000 budget) to give each others' homes a face-lift. And the kicker? The original owners don't have a say in the remodeling choices, so the fate of their home is totally in their neighbors' hands.

The revival includes some of the original cast of designers with "a fresh coat of paint." Keep your eyes peeled for favorites, like Vern Yip, Hildi Santo-Tomas, Doug Wilson, Laurie Smith, Genevieve Gorder, and Carter Oosterhouse, and of course, Ty Pennington and host Paige Davis. As for new faces? TLC already has a handful lined up, including Brett Tutor, Joanie Sprague, John Gidding, Kahi Lee, and Sabrina Soto. A few home reno experts will also make guest appearances throughout the season. So far, Nate Berkus and Jeremiah Brent have already signed on for episodes, according to TLC's Instagram.

Catch the series premiere on TLC on Saturday, April 7, at 9 p.m. ET.
