All the Inquisitors We've Met So Far in "Obi-Wan Kenobi"

The new Star Wars TV show "Obi-Wan Kenobi" pits the reclusive Jedi-in-hiding against the Inquisitors, a deadly group of Imperial investigators. Unlike your standard-issue stormtroopers or other Imperial baddies, these villains are a serious threat. They're all former Jedi and Force users who, instead of being killed or going into hiding after Order 66, have turned Dark and are working for the Empire by searching out and destroying any surviving Jedi.
While "Obi-Wan Kenobi" is the first live-action series or movie to heavily feature the Inquisitors, it's not the only place in the Star Wars universe where they've played a role. Inquisitors have been seen in both animated and live-action TV shows, as well as tie-in novels, comics, and even video games. So far, around a dozen specific Inquisitors have been depicted across all media so far, although the overall universe has never outright stated how many of them exist in total.
In terms of the main, onscreen saga, we've met several Inquisitors at different points in the timeline. Here are the Inquisitors you should definitely know and where you can see more of their stories.

The Grand Inquisitor
The Grand Inquisitor (played by Rupert Friend) is the leader of all the Inquisitors, as his name implies. He's first seen in the first season of the animated series "Star Wars Rebels," which takes place a few years after "Obi-Wan Kenobi" is set. There, he pursues Kanan Jarrus and Ezra Bridger, seeking to defeat the would-be Jedi.
His appearance in "Rebels" indicates that his apparent fate in "Obi-Wan Kenobi" is not a permanent ending. In later seasons of "Rebels," it's also revealed that he had been a disillusioned Jedi and former guard of the Jedi Temple before falling to the Dark Side.

Reva, aka Third Sister
The primary antagonist of "Obi-Wan Kenobi," Reva (played by Moses Ingram) is one of the only Inquisitors who has a name outside of her Inquisitor designation. Other than that, however, almost nothing is known about her — she doesn't appear in any other Star Wars material. What we do know is that she is ambitious, wants to track down important targets like Obi-Wan, and, like the other Inquisitors, was once a Jedi (or at least a padawan) before turning on them.

Fifth Brother
Fifth Brother is another Inquisitor first seen in "Rebels" and now appearing in "Obi-Wan Kenobi" (played by Sung Kang). In the new series, he's a brutal Inquisitor who is frustrated by Reva's increasingly rash tactics in pursuit of Obi-Wan. In "Rebels," he appears mainly in the second season, after the defeat of the Grand Inquisitor, as an antagonist pursuing Kanan and Ezra.

Fourth Sister
Not much is known about Fourth Sister (seen here on the far left). She appears in "Obi-Wan Kenobi" only briefly, alerting the Grand Inquisitor to Third Sister's plot to send bounty hunters after Obi-Wan.

Seventh Sister
Seventh Sister hasn't appeared (yet) on "Obi-Wan Kenobi," but she's a major player a few years down the timeline. In the second season of "Rebels," she's part of the tag team with Fifth Brother, pursuing Kanan and Ezra and hoping to get the promotion to Grand Inquisitor. Her style is much more sly and cunning than Fifth Brother's brute-force approach, making them a dangerous pair when they team up.
