Empire Creator Lee Daniels Is Clearly Pissed About His Show's Snub

While he posted two Instagram videos congratulating Empire's Taraji P. Henson and the show's costume designer on their Emmy nominations, creator Lee Daniels is decidedly pissed that his show was overlooked in other categories. Daniels posted a video of Jussie Smollett trying to convince him to be politically correct, but Daniels ignores him and instead declares, "F*ck these motherf*ckers." We might not assume this is directly related to the fact that Empire wasn't nominated for outstanding drama series, except for the "#emmyniceguyoverwith" caption. Yep, this just got awkward.
