Natalie Dormer has handled the twisted politics on Game of Thrones and the life-or-death battles in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 1, but can she make it out of the Aokigahara Forest alive? Though the name may not ring a bell, the forest, which sits at the bottom of Mount Fiji, is known worldwide as a destination where people go to commit suicide. (Yes, this is a real thing.) In her new horror movie, The Forest, Dormer plays a woman whose twin sister disappears into the woods. Naturally, she goes after her — with the help of a strapping young guide (Taylor Kinney). The movie looks terrifying, and the fact that it was actually shot in the Aokigahara Forest makes it all the more chilling. It's out in theaters Jan. 8.
