Just Go With It
While this movie is a comedy (and a really hilarious one at that), this scene is actually beautiful. Katherine (Jennifer Aniston) is heartbroken when she thinks her boss, Danny (Adam Sandler), has fallen for another woman and is planning to get married the next day, and her daughter comforts her by holding her hand and sleeping next to her in bed.
Grey's Anatomy

It goes without saying that this has to be one of the most crushing TV scenes in history. After the Seattle Grace interns plan a prom for Chief Webber's dying niece at the hospital, they all get dressed up to enjoy the night. But when Denny (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) unexpectedly dies after receiving a heart transplant, everyone rushes to his room to find Izzie (Katherine Heigl) clinging to his lifeless body. We'll never get over this.
