Join HSMTMTS Star Sofia Wylie as She Hosts POPSUGAR's Girl Talk Featuring Michelle Obama and the Girls Opportunity Alliance

After taking over our TV screens with her role on Disney+'s High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, we're so excited to have Sofia Wylie be our host for POPSUGAR's upcoming Girl Talk event. On Thursday, March 25, at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT, the 17-year-old will be hosting the one-hour virtual event featuring Michelle Obama and the Girls Opportunity Alliance. At such a young age, Sofia has already proven herself to be a triple threat with her starring roles on HSMTMTS and Disney Channel's Andi Mack as well as her incredible dance videos on TikTok and YouTube, so we're super pumped to have her join POPSUGAR for this incredible event.

To celebrate the importance of girls' education, some of our favorite celebrities will be joining us for Q&As and musical performances, and the event is sure to be an exciting and educational experience — because as women, knowledge is our superpower. A part of the Obama Foundation, Girls Opportunity Alliance was established to empower young girls through education by giving them access to leaders and resources to help them reach their full potential. In addition to a keynote conversation between Mrs. Obama and two incredibly inspiring students from the Girls Opportunity Alliance, Sonali Pathak and Turipamue Kazohua, moderated by Lilly Singh, there are plenty of surprises still in store for the event.
