Laura Prepon's Instagram Proves She's an Incredibly Fun Mom to Her 2 Kids

Laura Prepon seems to love being a mom of two. The former "Orange Is the New Black" star shared an Instagram photo of her and her 3-year-old son at the zoo on March 9, and the adorable image shows the toddler waving at a monkey while his mom smiles down at him. "Making friends at the museum," Prepon wrote in the caption.
The photo is just one of many glimpses Prepon has shared of her adventures with her kids over the years, though she's mostly chosen to keep her babies' faces off of social media. "Everyone is different with [posting] pictures of their kids — no judgment, do your thing. It's a personal thing," she told People in 2020. "But for my husband and I, that's where we do remain extra private, is when it comes to our kids." Still, she regularly lets fans into the many fun activities she does with her kiddos, from zoo and aquarium visits to boating and hiking trips and beyond.
The star announced the birth of her second baby with husband Ben Foster in February 2020 with a very cute Instagram photo. Prepon and Ben tied the knot in 2018 just under a year after welcoming their first child, Ella.

Ella Foster
Prepon and Ben's first child, a daughter named Ella, was born in August 2017. However, fans didn't get a peek at the little one until October 2018, when Prepon shared a photo of little Ella on the set of "Orange Is the New Black." Although Prepon hasn't shared many photos of her daughter and doesn't ever show her face, we know from her handful of pictures of the little one that she has great blond curls like her mama did when she was a kid.
In 2021, Prepon opened up about the challenges of new parenthood, and also shared some details about her daughter's changing interests. "If motherhood has taught me anything so far, it's that something can work out for a period of time, and then you move on and evolve from that," she told People at the time. "As a new mom, I was riddled with anxiety that I had never experienced before. My friends who were mothers with older kids said, 'Laura, this is a phase, you'll move on, and then it will be something different.' And that has transcended into other parts of my life. We're all evolving. I always see that with my kids. They are changing every day now," she continued. "My daughter is outgoing and wonderful and obsessed with mermaids — it used to be unicorns. She's also very determined and does not give up."
Baby Boy Foster
Prepon and Ben's second child, a son, was born in February 2020. She announced the baby's birth on Instagram, writing: "Welcoming home our new bundle of love. Overwhelmed with gratitude."
In April 2020, Prepon shared that she and Ben won't be sharing his name publicly until they have a conversation about doing so, which is how they handle discussing most personal matters. "We make all those decisions as a family because we're in the public eye," she told Us Weekly. "So whenever we do something like that, we have a conversation about it first and make sure that we're comfortable with it." Three years later, we still don't know her baby boy's name — but we definitely know that he's a cutie.
