Billy Eichner celebrated the 15th anniversary of his show Billy on the Street by — what else? — hitting the streets of New York City to yell in the faces of random passersby. In his latest episode, Billy was joined by Hollywood hunk Chris Evans, and together the two attempted to spread the news that Billy's show is now available on Netflix (keyword: attempted). The duo got a bit sidetracked by people who fangirled over and didn't even recognize Chris as Captain America, and of course, Billy's signature scream-filled outbursts were in full force.
