It's only been a few days since The Bachelor's Arie Luyendyk Jr. stunned the nation by savagely breaking up with Becca Kufrin and then proposing to runner-up Lauren Burnham on live TV, but the newly engaged couple have already been through their fair share of awkward interviews. After enduring a cringeworthy conversation with Jimmy Kimmel and getting totally roasted by Kelly Ripa, the two made an appearance on Good Morning America. Spoiler alert: it was pretty darn uncomfortable.

Although host Michael Strahan wasn't quite as ruthless as Kelly, he did ask some hard-hitting questions and delivered a few zingers. He kicked things off by asking Lauren and Arie how it felt to watch the finale, to which Lauren responded, "It's definitely difficult to watch, but we're together, and that's what matters the most to us." Michael also didn't hold back when he said what basically all of Bachelor Nation was thinking. Watch the entire thing above now, and get ready to cringe.
