Ian McKellen Plays the Perfect Elderly Sherlock Holmes

We've seen lots of iterations of Sherlock Holmes in pop culture, but never have we seen this one: the elderly version. Ian McKellen takes on the role of Sherlock in his later years, back to solve one last mystery in 1947. The best part of the trailer, though, is how perfect McKellen seems in this part and how heartbreaking it is to see such a beloved character struggling some (does he have Alzheimer's?) as he interacts with his housekeeper and her young son.
