Which TV Boss Reminds You of Your Real-Life Boss?
The relationship between employee and boss can be a sticky situation. Great for you if you love your boss, but if you're slightly dissatisfied with him or her, know that you're not alone. Recent results of a Careerbuilder survey show that 61 percent of respondents say their bosses don't groom them well enough for career advancement, and 45 percent say their bosses give poor feedback.
To give it a fun spin, the survey also asked which TV bosses reminded participants of their own. Looking at the choices, which TV boss reminds you the most of your own boss?

Emmy Breakdown: Best Drama Series
It's time for the big Emmy awards! I've been making predictions for each of the categories before Sunday, but for the latest round in my Emmy breakdowns, I asked for your picks to win best drama series. Take a look at what your fellow readers had to say (along with my own opinions), and then go here to fill out your Emmy ballot — you could win an iPad!
What to Rent: New DVD Tuesday
I have plenty of DVD helpings to keep you occupied through the weekend (even beyond!). In addition to these big releases, season three of Gossip Girl and season two of 90210 also hit shelves today, so it's easy to play catch up before Fall TV starts back. Better get started!
The Back-Up Plan
Jennifer Lopez tries to de-glamorize herself as an expectant mom trying to make it work with a new guy (oh, and he's not her sperm donor, a la The Switch). Alex O'Loughlin stars as said dreamboat, but even the attractiveness of the two stars can't give this rom-com any sense of Hollywood escapism. Instead, it harps on the difficulties of pregnancy and relationships (whenever it's not relying on cliched birthing gags). DVD extras include a few deleted scenes.
Lost: The Complete Collection
If you've been feeling Lost withdrawal like I have, the season six DVD and the full six-season collection are both now available so you can pick apart every Easter egg from the very beginning. However, if you don't feel like re-watching the same old stuff, then I have one word for you: extras. The bonus features on the box set include over 30 hours of material (that means the Lost epilogue!), a behind-the-scenes tour of Oahu where the show filmed, a tribute to the past characters who died on the island, and "Lost Slapdowns" featurettes starring celebrity Lost fans like the Muppets. Hooray!

Which Show Should Win the Emmy For Best Drama Series?
The Emmys are this Sunday! I've been getting prepped for the big night by predicting some of the awards (thanks to your help!), but it's time to move on to the final two categories: the series themselves. In the drama column, we have regulars like Breaking Bad, Dexter, and returning champ Mad Men, but this year, newcomer The Good Wife will be joining the list. Fan favorite True Blood also makes the cut for the first time, while Lost will attempt one last Emmy win for its final season (it hasn't won for best series since 2005).
Will voters send Lost out with a bang? Will Mad Men take it again? Or will we see an upset from a very deserving Dexter? Tell me which show deserves the honor, and more importantly, why. Then take a sec to fill out my Emmy ballot for the chance to win an iPad!
