Justin Bieber stopped by Jimmy Fallon to chat about his emotional moment at the VMAs, but his guest stop on The Tonight Show wasn't all about his tears. Bieber talked about his huge Summer jam "Where Are Ü Now" and he explained how he and Skrillex got that weird sound — you know the one! It's known as the "dolphin sound," and surprise: it's Bieber's voice. He also sang the song as a country song, and it's both hilarious and kinda good.
