TV Guide has rated the top 10 most annoying couples on TV, and while some of them are no-brainers (George and Izzie, anyone?), others strike me as a little surprising. Tom and Lynette from Desperate Housewives, for example, definitely make for an annoying couple at times, but no more so than many other TV couples. Most of all, though, I think the list should have stuck with scripted shows and not included couples from reality TV because, jeez, how on earth do you pick?

When you think of sexy TV scenes, what comes to mind? Meredith accidentally losing her panties after sleeping with Derek on Grey's Anatomy? David Caruso's Detective Kelly baring his butt with Amy Brenneman on the premiere of NYPD Blue?

A recent poll conducted by TVGuide.com and Spike TV has confirmed what most of us already knew: Dudes dig hot chicks on TV. Still, polling 800 men ages 18 to 49, the survey does manage to uncover some interesting information in addition to just "hot girls are hot." For example, the answer with the most votes in regard to The Bachelor is "No woman I'd meet through The Bachelor is the kind of woman I'd want to be with," and not "I'd love to be on The Bachelor and have 25 women fighting to be with me."

If you think you're befuddled about all the many mysteries and puzzles presented in Lost, try being a cast member of the show! In the latest issue of TV Guide, the main cast members get to ask showrunners Carlton Cuse and Damon Lindelof their burning questions about the show, and it's interesting to see what each actor is most curious to know about.
I figured the actors would ask questions specific to their own characters, but this isn't always the case.

Curb Your Enthusiasm is coming to cable: The TV Guide channel and TV Land have both just acquired the show in a joint effort to run old episodes. Larry David and the gang will first appear on TV Guide starting in February, and TV Land will pick up the show from them starting in 2013. Now, I can feed my rerun addiction and catch up on those seasons of Curb that I missed when I didn't have HBO!

Let the holiday gift lists keep rolling: Yesterday, I gave you my picks for dad, and today I'm tackling grandma. Sure, she pretty much likes anything you give her, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't put thought into her presents to show your appreciation.
Classic movies, Mary Tyler Moore, and TV game shows always seem like a safe bet, or if yours is like mine and can never find her reruns of King of Queens on the tube, I've thrown in a handy-dandy TV Guide subscription.

You may know that full-power television stations in the US are required to stop using the old method of transmitting TV signals and start broadcasting exclusively in a digital format on February 17, 2009, but do you know what you have to do to switch?
If you use an antenna to watch free, over-the-air television on an analog TV set (and don't subscribe to a pay TV service) then you will be affected by the transition. If you pay for TV services, such as cable or satellite, then you will not need to upgrade.
