Traveling Pants Meet Gossip Girls in NYC
It's been a long few years since their first movie together for the girls of Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2. Blake Lively, America Ferrera, Amber Tamblyn, and Alexis Bledel all came together for their big red carpet premiere last night looking gorgeous in dresses. Beautiful in orange Blake was joined by most of her Gossip Girl costars like Leighton, Chace, and Ed, but noticeably absent from the red carpet was her boyfriend Penn Badgley.

In Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 (yes, I saw it and am not afraid to admit it), America Ferrera's character Carmen, long the thread (pun intended) that held the four friends together, becomes exasperated over her foursome's inability to communicate over distances. When they cite email as being the way they connect, and don't connect — Blake Lively's character Serena — er, Bridget — says, "It's not my fault I have a lame server!" (Oh you went there, Bridget, really?!).

Blake Lively took to the red carpet last night to promote The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 in which she stars with Ugly Betty actress America Ferrera. Blake opted for an orange maxi dress with gold accessories for the event. I am not convinced that the orange shade compliments Blake's skin tone very well, I think she would be better suited to a slightly darker shade of orange.

All four starlets of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 looked fabulous at the premiere last night. But America always shines on the red carpet and that she did in her electric blue Brian Reyes dress. Gossip Girl Leighton Meester was also wearing Brian Reyes — a black-slip corset dress.

Alexis Bledel, Blake Lively, America Ferrera, and Amber Tamblyn put on their best casually cute outfits and stopped by TRL in NYC yesterday. Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 just had its big premiere a week ago, and the actresses are in full promotion mode, with a quick GMA stop also. We'll have to wait and see if they can score the same success as those other four fabulous females, but check back in to see what Buzz thought of the sequel, which hits theaters tomorrow.

It was a Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants reunion in NYC last night as Blake Lively, Amber Tamblyn, and Alexis Bledel gathered for dinner at Five Points. Blake brought Penn Badgley to fill in as an honorary member of the party. The ladies have branched out with their separate projects these days, but it seems like there's still a solid camaraderie among the girls if they ever want to get together for another sequel.

The Screen Actors Guild awards took place last night and several trends have emerged from the red carpet. There was a sea of blue and many halter neck dresses but also I noticed a distinctly Grecian vibe.
