Which Real Housewives City Has Been the Best?

Soon enough, all the petty fighting, extravagant shopping sprees, and larger-than-life egos in Bravo's Real Housewives series will likely head to Washington DC and I kind of can't wait. Before we move on though, which of the four Real Housewives cities has been your favorite so far: Orange County, New York, Atlanta, or New Jersey?

I have to admit, I'm having a good time watching the ridiculousness that is this New Jersey group of women. Then again, NeNe, from Atlanta is one entertaining lady. Orange County and New York have their moments as well.

Which one is the best in your eyes?

What's Your Favorite OC-Related Piece of Entertainment?

Bravo just can't get itself out of Orange County. The network that's already brought us The Real Housewives of Orange County - and its countless spinoffs - is preparing a new series about "hip and stylish" 18- to 25-year-olds in the OC. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Bravo wants folks who are independent yet still have "an 'involved' relationship with their parents." Cast members could be "attending college, finding their first apartment, starting a new business, still living at home, moving in with a significant other, or recently married or 'living an alternative lifestyle.'" (You know the producers are rooting for some alternative lifestyles.)

No offense to the actual Orange County, but mining the wealth of the OC for entertainment purposes just strikes me as very 2003. Still, some good stuff has come out of there, so I'm wondering: what do you think is the greatest show or movie to come out of Orange County?

Can You Handle Any More Real Housewives?

If there's one thing I've learned from Bravo, it's that housewives can be really scary. Just when I thought women could not get any more immature than The Real Housewives of Orange County, The Really Scary Housewives of New York debuted bringing catty to a whole new level. And, now the network has hand picked another city to wreak havoc in - Atlanta. So we've gone from oranges to apples to peaches in hand, are you going to bite?

Have You Had Your Fill of Rich Folks on TV?

Between following the antics of the rich folks on ABC's Dirty Sexy Money, the "true-life" tribulations of the Real Housewives of the O.C. - and now their New York City counterparts - on Bravo, and the MTV series that follows wealthy teenagers as they plan for their extravagant 16th birthday parties, do we really need another program about rich people?

The CW renewed Gossip Girl and is now developing another book-to-TV series about "filthy" rich teens. Are you choking on all this wealth? Or is this world of glamour (and in the case of My Super Sweet 16, tantrums) endlessly intriguing?

Okay, so I admit it - Bravo's The Real Housewives of Orange County is mildly addicting. From Vicki's wild weekends in Lake Havasu to Tamra's dirty dancing, it's hard not to watch the motherly madness unfold. But is it because Jeana, Lauri, Tammy, Vicky and Tamra are good moms who want to have fun, or because they are glamorized momsters?

Tamra is the newest addition to The Real Housewives of Orange County and she's a real trip - to the tanning parlor and back. Although the woman is a mother of four, her biggest source of pride and joy in life is her self-assigned status as the "hottest housewife in Orange County." And Tamra's biggest goal? To look as hot as she possibly can. Hey, at least she has goals.

TV Tonight: The Real Housewives of Orange County

One of my favorite guilty pleasures, Bravo's The Real Housewives of Orange County, returns tonight to start its third season. But things are a little different in Coto de Caza this time - most notably the absence of Jo De La Rosa, who was my favorite of the housewives. In her place comes the saucy Tamra, who declares early on that she's the hottest housewife in the OC. Well, OK then.

Of course, there's plenty of other drama, such as Lauri's impending wedding to George and Jeana's continuing trouble with her occasionally annoying, always spoiled children.
