Pop A DVD In: Juno
One of my favourite recent movies – Juno – is released on DVD on Monday, and I'm super-happy I can add it to my collection.
If you didn't catch it at the cinema, it's a warm-hearted film centered on 16 year old Juno Macduff (Ellen Page). She's an uber-hip girl who finds herself pregnant after sleeping with her best friend Bleeker (Michael Cera) and decides to give her baby up for adoption to a perfect couple.

I finally went to see the Golden Globe nominated movie Juno this weekend. Before entering the theater, I knew three things; it was a comedy with a great cast and the main character was a pregnant teenager.
Not only did I love the movie, but also the cast was outstanding.
Five For Feist At Juno Awards
One of my favourite singers, Feist, picked up five awards at the Juno Music Awards in Canada this weekend. She wrote her acceptance speech on her arm, and it turned out she had a lot of chances to say thank you – her catchy single "1234" won best song, and she also picked up gongs in the Album, Artist, Songwriter and Pop Album categories.
Meanwhile Emily Blunt's other half Michael Bublé picked up the fan choice award, and Avril Lavigne also showed up to perform at the event.
Dear's Advice For Juno
For those of you who didn't see the 2008 Oscar nominated movie Juno, I'm sure you've at least heard the plot. Though she seems to have it completely together in terms of the decisions around her pregnancy, she isn't quite as sure of herself when it comes to her love life. Ellen Goes It Alone to Show Off Her Juno
Ellen Page held down the court for all her costars at a screening of Juno in NYC last night. Even without Garner, Bateman or Cera, hopefully, Ellen got her celebration on — Juno was nominated for three Golden Globes, including Best Actress for Ellen herself. It must be quite a surreal experience for the up-and-comer, but it seems like she's got a pretty great head on her shoulders to manage her new found fame.
A Juno Video Game? I'm Still in Shock
Lately, the tide has been turning in the world of gaming, with the market opening up to new people who may not have played before. Thanks, in part to the popularity of the Wii, tons of titles are hitting the shelves aimed at the "casual gamer" who may not dig Rainbow Six Vegas, but who likes spending quality time getting healthy with Wii Sports or even taking a few hours learning about sea life from Endless Ocean.
But with recent rumors of a video game based on the sleeper big screen hit Juno, the news did leave me a bit dumbfounded.
Garner's One Night Off Broadway Works Juno
The quirky cast of Juno and their friends came out last night for the Hollywood premiere of their movie. Jennifer Garner really took advantage of her night off Broadway by jetting to LA to to get glam and strike a pose with her costars. She and award-winning Ellen Page looked fab in their cute strapless dresses while Jason Bateman looked polished in his button down.
Jen Joins Juno
Jennifer Garner has been much happier playing mommy these days, but she is coming to the big screen soon, and she just announced another new project! Garner signed on to join the cast of Juno. Jennifer will play a woman who wants to adopt a child since she can't have kids herself.
