If you were one of the people who turned my Hey Dude recast into a lovefest for '90s Nickelodeon, here's a bit of good news: As of today, you can download episodes of the show on iTunes!
The show, along with Clarissa Explains It All, Rugrats, and Doug (the good one, not the weird ABC one where they changed Doug's voice), is now available as part of Nick Rewind on iTunes, which exists specifically to feed our craving for nostalgia. No, really: “We hear from literally thousands of teens and young parents who say they want to see the shows that defined their childhood," one Nickelodeon executive said in announcing the service.

Every other Wednesday on BuzzSugar, I post a Recast challenge, where I ask you to choose new actors for a classic TV show or movie. The reader who submits the best cast wins a BuzzSugar t-shirt!
There were some really great suggestions for last week's challenge, the recast of the Nickelodeon '80s hit Hey Dude.

For this week's recast I wanted to tap into that Nickelodeon era of programming aimed at teens in the late '80s and early '90s which included shows like Salute Your Shorts, Clarissa Explains It All and my personal favorite: Hey Dude!

We've all heard of wingmen, dudes who agree to talk to the friend of a woman who another dude is interested in. The wingman, for that night anyway, is supposed to be selfless, keeping the other friend occupied so his male friend can swoop in and get his girl.
Taken from military lingo to describe planes that flank fighter planes during serious missions (because, you know, getting the girl is a really serious military mission), I didn't realize you could ask a woman to do the same thing — until I read about an ad on Craigslist (where else?) procuring the services of a wingwoman for $30 an hour.

The dudes came out in LA last night for the premiere of Anvil! The Story of Anvil at the Egyptian Theatre. The females were few and far between, but perhaps they should have checked out the RSVP list to see what kind of Manjoyment was lined up.

I love that Hurley tries to understand the situation better by way of Back to the Future, studying his fingers to see if he's disappearing. Hey, ask any Lost viewer — whatever helps you understand, go with it.
This episode is so relationship-y!

- The best moment of my week? That would be the unveiling of the trailer for Spike Jonze's Where the Wild Things Are set to Arcade Fire's "Wake Up." If you haven't seen it yet, I strongly urge you to go forth and view.
- Vampires aren't going anywhere any time soon, so buckle up and try to enjoy the ride because The CW just cast two cute guys in its upcoming undead show.
- Oh, hey, speaking of cute dudes: Both Zac Efron and Robert Pattinson are lining up new acting gigs that could help move them out of their teen heartthrob roles.
- Hurray!

For an act in which a dude uses another dude like a ball he juggles — with his feet! — this is strangely graceful. How does this even come up?

A bunch of you weighed in on what's ailing Ugly Betty these days, but while the Internet may have heard our ideas for how to make it better, the show's writers have yet to turn it around (hey, any Betty writers out there reading our comments? Hey, you never know) because this week's episode is another sad sack of a show.
There's something so listless about it right now — even Marc and Amanda's zingers are falling flat!

Ryan Gosling strikes me as one of those guys you shouldn't like but can't help yourself. He's cute. He's smart.
