After the stars walked the red carpet they took their seats for the show to find out who won what at the SAG Awards in LA on Saturday. George Clooney was on presenting duty after hosting the Haiti telethon on Friday night, and several members of the cast of Nine including Marion Cotillard, Kate Hudson, Nicole Kidman and Penelope Cruz also took to the stage. Sandra Bullock won the Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Lead Role accolade and also presented Betty White with a Lifetime Achievement award, while Gabourey Sidibe congratulated her Precious costar Mo'Nique on her Supporting Actress win.

The SAG Awards took over LA's Shine Auditorium Saturday night to honor the year's best acting. Once the posing on the red carpet was finished, the show started right off with the announcement of Alec Baldwin's win in the category of Outstanding Performance in a Comedy Series. His costar Tina Fey also took home an Actor statue for her role in 30 Rock, bounding onto the stage with energy despite having had just two hours sleep the evening before.

Michael C. Hall headed straight into the press room following his win for Best Actor at tonight's SAG Awards for his role in Dexter. It's been a good week for Michael after also taking home a prize at last Sunday's Golden Globes, and he answered a few questions about where he's storing his new statues and going public with his cancer fight.

Michael C. Hall finally won the award for Best Actor in a TV Drama at tonight's Golden Globes in LA. Michael recently revealed that he is going through treatment for cancer, and we weren't sure whether he would attend tonight's ceremony.

You guys have gotten to weigh in on your favorites in TV for 2009, and now it's my turn: this year was a revelation for small screen comedies and dramas, and I was watching it all, crying and guffawing at some blockbuster episodes. Not everything made my shortlist of favorites for the year — the ones that did, though, were the series I couldn't turn off and can't wait to see more from in 2010.

Michael C. Hall spent Wednesday afternoon in a pair of latex gloves as he filmed season four of Dexter in LA. He was a little more dressed up last weekend for the Emmy Awards, where he hit the red carpet and afterparties alongside his wife and costar Jennifer Capenter.
