What age would you consider to be "middle aged"? 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s?
Well it turns out that 60% of Americans believe that the 60s are the new "middle age," thanks to healthy eating, longer life spans and not to mention a cool $9.4 billion spent per year in cosmetic surgery.
Americans May be Turning Into Giants
According to new U.S. Census Bureau data, Americans spend an average of about eight-and-a-half hours a day doing sedentary activities such as watching television, using computers (though I think it's OK if you're on FIT), reading, listening to the radio, or going to the movies. This sedentary lifestyle is the main contributing factor as to why we are the most obese people on the planet.

Rihanna has spoken for the first time about her incident with Chris Brown in February. Speaking to Diane Sawyer in an interview which will air in the States on Good Morning America on Thursday and on 20/20 on Friday, Rihanna says: "This happened to me. … It can happen to anyone" and adds that Chris "was definitely my first big love".

Reese was on the show to chat about her new fragrance, while Patrick opened up about his own work with the cosmetics company as well as this season of Grey's Anatomy. He showed off a preview of tomorrow night's episode before going on to reveal that he's developing a new pilot with his wife based on her experiences in cosmetology school.
