Steve Martin and Diane Keaton May Reunite for Comedy

There are some cinematic couplings that are so full of cuteness that I get giddy at the thought of them reuniting. Steve Martin and Diane Keaton are one such couple, having totally endeared themselves to me in Father of the Bride (I just pretend that little sequel doesn't exist).

Now, these two may couple up again for One Big Happy, a comedy by Party of Five creators Chris Keyser and Amy Lippman. Variety reports that while there aren't many details just yet, they do know that it is a "family comedy about a couple and a family reconnecting amid various obstacles."

I'm so excited by this news, and I hope costarring with Steve will get Diane back on track and help us forget some of her recent projects (ahem, Mad Money).

Based on box office returns, it looks like a lot of people love to see hard-bodied costars Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson onscreen together. And, of course, there's the big upcoming reunion of Kate and Leo in this year's Revolutionary Road. I think reuniting When Harry Met Sally's stars Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan in a movie might be fun, too. What other movie duos would you love to see re-coupled?

In honor of the holiday, I've found a clip of the final New Year's Eve scene in When Harry Met Sally. You probably know this scene, the one that features Harry's speech that ends with: "When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible." Billy Crystal and Meg Ryan star as Harry and Sally, two "just friends" who ride the waves of their respective relationships together, developing a strong friendship over the years. Bridget Jones' Diary
The New Year is Bridget Jones' (Renee Zellweger's) opportunity to better herself and her life. The self-improvement includes documenting her weight, alcohol consumption and romantic misadventures in her diary, telling the whole truth at all times. She struggles with feeling pudgy, family issues, meeting Mr. Wrong (Hugh Grant), and then Mr. Right (Colin Firth), and having the two fight over her - all in one well-journaled year.

The more concerned I get about healthy eating, the more I start to sound like Sally Albright in When Harry Met Sally. The charming neurotic played by Meg Ryan makes endless substitutions when ordering off menus; as Harry points out, "'on the side' is a very big thing for you."

I confess, I'm also a big "on the side" person. I'm also a fan of sharing entrees and enjoying starters as a main course. Are you high maintenance when it comes to ordering off of restaurant menus?

Cute Alert! Harry and Sallie Sue Say I Do

There's a scene in When Harry Met Sally where Harry says, "You know how a year to a person is like seven years to a dog?" and Sally gasps and quips back, "Is one of us supposed to be a dog in this scenario?" And goofy banter ensues. Luckily for Harry and Sallie Sue, the bride and groom in this video, being a dog is a-OK. The four-legged couple, who met on the streets of New York City, is just one of the canine duos featured on WeTV's Puppy Weddings web series. I find the episodes hilarious, but more than 80 percent of you think pet weddings are freaky so you may not agree. What's your take on these friends-turned-lovers?

Constantly Aroused? You Might Be Suffering From PSAS

Feeling aroused is a wonderful and welcomed feeling, especially when it happens with someone you're about to get it on with, but for some women, being aroused for hours, days, or even weeks is more of a condition than a blessing. This disorder is known as persistent sexual arousal syndrome (PSAS) or persistent genital arousal disorder (PGAD). Check out this clip from Grey's Anatomy to see what I mean.

This unique syndrome is not a result of being an extremely sexual person, and it's usually unrelated to sexual desire. PSAS is a fairly new condition, only identified in 2001, and women that have it can experience hundreds of spontaneous orgasms a day, either with sex or without, but the feeling of arousal never subsides. It can be triggered by vibrations from a plane or a car, or it can have no trigger at all. Women experience a range of feelings from tingling, to throbbing, to full-on intense When Harry Met Sally outbursts. Most women think it's unbearable, but unfortunately, since not much is known about what causes this condition, there's no known cure for it. Have any of you ever known someone with this disorder?

Leo Brings His Golden Smile to the Lakers

Leonardo DiCaprio sat with Lukas Haas to watch the Lakers defeat the Kings on Friday night. Leo has a lot to smile about this week with Revolutionary Road scoring four Golden Globe nominations including a Best Actor nod for Leo, which he celebrated by calling fellow nominee and good friend, Kevin Connolly. He recently sat down with Kate Winslet for an adorable interview with Entertainment Weekly and talked about their post-Titanic life, Academy awards and reuniting over a decade later. Here are some highlights:

On young stars like Robert Pattinson and Zac Efron gaining Hollywood fame so quickly: "That's the interesting thing about being an actor. You are also a public figure. Early on I made it my policy that a certain amount of publicity is good - you promote your job, you do your movie, you retain your private life, you don't divulge everything about yourself. And when I see younger actors getting a tremendous amount of publicity, I say to myself, Well, they've been given an unbelievable opportunity, and I hope they know within themselves that all that really matters at the end of the day is the work. All this noise and attention will absolutely deteriorate and there will be a new, fresh piece of meat for the media to focus on within less than a year's time. So what they should do at this moment is work their [butts] off to prove to the public and prove to themselves that they can absolutely have a long-term career."

On working with Kate again: "Over the years, I would find myself stopping and saying, 'I don't know if we should do this again.' And then I'd think, 'What are you, an idiot? Why wouldn't I want to work with the best actress of her generation? Am I going to be prejudiced against a project just because Kate's in it?' I think we both had been actively looking for something else to do together, but we fundamentally knew that we couldn't tread on any sort of similar territory."
Kate: "May I? [Reaching over and rubbing her finger over DiCaprio's nose] You've scratched the top of your nose! Oh, no, we're literally doing everything we said we wouldn't do."
Leo: "I know, this is a little too cute. It's like out of one of those -"
Kate: "Don't say it!"
Leo: "- one of those scenes from When Harry Met Sally... with the old couples. 'And I met her in the park in 1992! And she was...' 'Eating a hot dog!' 'And I was scratching my butt!'"
Kate: "Oh, my God, and look at me fussing over your face. I've literally turned into a combination of your mother, your sister, and, I don't know what, your wife!"
Leo on Fame, Post-Titanic: "You never get used to it. Post-Titanic, it was more intense than anyone our age has ever dealt with in the history of...anything. It was the modern era of media and paparazzi where they're organized, with multiple SUVs following you around. I didn't know it would at the time, but it has way calmed down in my life.... By the way, I really hate talking about post-Titanic because it always sounds to me in print like I'm complaining when I have nothing to complain about. That movie gave both of us tremendous opportunities for what we wanted to do as actors."

It'll be exciting to see these two back on the big screen and even more fun to see them walk down the red carpet for the Golden Globes in January.
