Minnesota has Al Franken for senator, so why can't Ohio get Alec Baldwin to run for governor? The timing is perfect. The 51-year-old actor has already announced his plans to retire from acting after 30 Rock wraps up in 2012, and he hasn't exactly been shy about voicing his political ambition.

We're heading into the first Saturday in awhile without a new episode of Saturday Night Live. Looking back, this season was pretty great for hosts: I feel like week after week, I was impressed at the wide array of actors, comedians, musicians, and sports stars who took a shot at hosting duties. Personally, I was smitten with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's dancing, and what's not to love about Neil Patrick Harris?

Last weekend's Saturday Night Live finale featured the return of Will Ferrell as Alex Trebek in the popular Celebrity Jeopardy sketch. Almost everyone I know can quote the old sketches that featured Darrell Hammond's Sean Connery endlessly mocking Trebek ("That's not what your mother said last night!") and Norm Macdonald's hilarious impersonation of Burt Reynolds. Oh man, it was so good to see those guys return and do that sketch again — I missed it!

Did any of you see Saturday Night Live this weekend? If not, you missed a hilarious skit all about "girlfriend voice." Three guys gave each other a hard time about the way their tone changed when talking to their significant other, yet it didn't seem to prevent them from doing it every time their phone rang.

I think we're all familiar with the girlfriend/boyfriend voice: the schmoopy tone you sometimes use with a significant other that's best reserved for private conversations. There's also the work voice, the mom voice, and other bizarre intonations we take on depending on who we're talking to. As Seth Rogen and friends prove in a sketch from this weekend's Saturday Night Live, some of the voices can be downright disturbing.

Tracy Morgan hosted this weekend's Saturday Night Live and brought back his hilarious Brian Fellows Safari Planet sketch, which means the late night show also had some friendly four-legged guests. I was thrilled to see a darling calf, which they called Maggie that had a prominent white heart between her eyes. She looks a lot like Japan-born Ha-chan, the Friesian calf known for his heart-shaped head marking, but Maggie's heart was a bit smaller.

Jessica Biel took a walk with Justin in NYC yesterday, wearing the same scarf JT sported on Friday. The couple has been settling into their new apartment and city and even made a special appearance on Saturday Night Live this weekend. Biel looked great as Jessica Rabbit, seducing a geeky Justin — check out the video after the jump.
