The celebrity chef-studded affair, which included kitchen tours, cooking lessons, and a blowout gala dinner, proved to be as educational as it was recreational.

Simple Tip: When Chilling Wine, Add Salt and Water
The next time you need a bottle of bubbly to be cold quickly do what I do: add salt and water to the ice bucket. Simply layer ice with a couple tablespoons of salt and pour in water. The wine will chill in about 15 minutes — more rapidly than it would in the freezer.

Brad and Angelina Bring Their Daughters to Her Work
Angelina Jolie was hard at work filming Salt in NYC yesterday, but once the evening rolled around she welcomed some company on set. Brad Pitt stopped by, bringing their daughters Shiloh and Zahara along for the trip. Their oldest girls have been able to see the sights during their latest stay on the East Coast, from family lunches to pre-Christmas shopping outings.

Angelina Jolie may be working hard filming extra scenes for her new movie Salt in New York City, but she's making sure she has plenty of family time too! Brad Pitt and their daughters Zahara and Shiloh were on the chilly set last night to see Angelina, and the actress looked very happy about it. Bundled up warm in a long dark brown quilted coat, Angelina looked like she was trying to get as warm as the kids, while Brad's distinctive beard poked out under his warm clothes and sunglasses!
Angelina Breathes In the Salty Air on Set
Angelina Jolie was dressed warmly this afternoon for her second day in a row of working on Salt in NYC. She's found time in her busy schedule to focus on reshoots for the film, which is scheduled to hit big screens in July 2010. Her adventures today consisted of filming on a ship in the Hudson River, though she didn't have the coverage of yesterday's furry costume.
