This week's Ugly Betty comes with a super-special treat: Christine Baranski! Honestly, once Baranski's involved with something I'm hard-pressed to be very critical of it. She is pitch-perfect as Betty's new boyfriend's upper-crust snob of a mother who disapproves of our young heroine.

On this week's Ugly Betty, the senior management at Mode is whisked away into the country for a team-building retreat led by Daniel and Connor. This is a brilliant move, as it makes possible all kinds of good stuff, including a plethora of hunting and forest jokes and some amazing costumes that are supposed to denote a casual time in the woods (see Claire's get-up below).
And while the adults are away, the young assistants at Mode do play.

Last week, Betty let her good and decent self help out an old enemy in need by showing her the ropes at Mode. In doing so, she made a monster out of Kimmie, who nabbed a promotion and declared ominously that she felt like her old self again.
So when Ugly Betty opens this week, Kimmie is empowered and all the rage in the office.

All the boys, including executive producer Marky Mark, came out for the NYC premiere of Entourage's 4th Season. Billy Joel walked the red carpet as well as Ralph Macchio who was also in a past episode of the show. Hayden Panettiere looked adorable and was one lucky girl since the ladies were pretty outnumbered!

For last week's Buzzworthy challenge — inspired by the new Hilary Swank movie Freedom Writers — I asked you guys to bookmark your favorite tearjerker teacher movies, wherein extraordinary teachers inspire troubled youth.
