TV Tonight: The Season Finale of Greek
While college kids everywhere are about to head into that home stretch before finals, my favorite undergrads will be wrapping up another semester tonight on Greek. In the mid-season finale, we'll finally get to see Cappie and Casey as a couple again, but will it mean the end of Cappie and Evan's newfound friendship?
I admittedly was finally starting to warm up to Evan again, but the promos for tonight make it seem like he might be pulling a few jerk moves.
Greek Goes From the Small Screen to the Bookshelves
TV adaptations of books are nothing new, but a book series based on an existing TV show? That's a bit more uncommon — but it's about to happen to one of my favorite guilty pleasures. Greek will be made into a four part series of "Tie-In Novels" for teenagers, following our favorite Cyprus Rhodes students in new adventures.
Do Shows Like Gossip Girl Accurately Reflect College Life?
In an article in the New York Post today, real-life NYU students respond to Gossip Girl's depiction of NYU freshman orientation. What do they think of the show's fictional keg parties on rooftops, characters requesting who they want to room with to the Housing Office, and the notion that NYU is cheaper than Yale? Although one blogger gives the thumbs up to the show's reference to an "Art & the World" class he actually took his freshman year at Tisch, another one disses the idea of a rooftop party.

Lately I've been all about dips. OK that's somewhat of an understatement, since it seems I'm always all about dips. Seven-layer dip, nacho cheese dip, artichoke crab dip, Buffalo chicken cheese dip — you get the idea.
Michael Rady on Moving From Cyprus Rhodes to Melrose Place
For a little while, it seems like Michael Rady has been everywhere, turning up on the small screen in Greek, Swingtown, and even Grey's Anatomy while also romancing Alexis Bledel in the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants movies. At the CBS/CW party at the TCA Press Tour, I chatted with Rady about playing a nice guy, whether or not his Melrose engagement is doomed, and those Swingtown sideburns. Here are highlights:

TV Tonight: Greek Is Back!
I wish all my favorite shows only had about 10 weeks between seasons (or "chapters," or whatever). As it is, many of my most beloved series had finales around the beginning or middle of May and many of them don't return until the end of September. So it's a real treat that Greek ended its second chapter in the middle of June and now it's returning with new episodes tonight!

Greek Strips Down For Season Three!
