Twilight and Gossip Girl Stars Get Sporty at the Beach Bowl
Taylor Lautner and Kellan Lutz got sweaty on the beach along with Chace Crawford, Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr this weekend as they played American football in Miami! The actors got sporty in the game shown on TV in the states which also included Marisa Miller, Michael Clarke Duncan and celeb spectator Jennifer Lopez. The Gossip Girl and Twilight stars bonded and laughed together on the sidelines, while Taylor also hit the sand a few times as he played energetically.
Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr Enjoy a Miami Date
Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr spent the weekend in Miami for the Super Bowl this weekend, and enjoyed a night out on the town on Saturday. They attended a Maxim party, where Ed looked hot in his stripy shirt while Jess wore some gorgeous Christian Louboutin shoes. The Gossip Girl castmembers and couple had been pretty sporty on the beach earlier in the day during the Celebrity Beach Bowl, so they certainly deserved a night out to have some more fun!
Chace and Taylor Get People Gossiping in New York City
Chace Crawford was looking handsome as usual in New York yesterday filming series three of Gossip Girl, no doubt he got some attention from fans! 50 Cent filmed new movie Twelve in the city last year with Chace, and said that Chace got all the attention from screaming girls on set, and he was disappointed that it wasn't him! Meanwhile costar Taylor Momsen was also on set in shades and a scarf, and we're also seeing her in the UK as the face of New Look!
Blake and the Girls Keep the Gossip Going
Blake Lively stuck close by her security guard yesterday on the NYC set of Gossip Girl. She was joined by Taylor Momsen and Kelly Rutherford for the afternoon of filming, as the cast continues work on the third season, which returns with a new episode on March 8. Their male costars weren't on hand, with Chace Crawford having headed West to premiere Twelve at Sundance before traveling to LA to take in some of the Grammy festivities.
Gossip Girl Loses a Role Model and Might Get a Vampire
Leighton Meester, Taylor Momsen and Jessica Szohr were joined on the Gossip Girl set in Brooklyn by only one of the guys, Penn Badgley, yesterday. Taylor took a smoke break between scenes which is just another way she's not looking to be a role model. Meanwhile, Chace Crawford is headed to Park City tomorrow for the Sundance premiere of Twelve — Buzz and I got a chance to see the movie already, so stay tuned to hear about his leading man transformation.
Chace Stops For Gossip Between Western Obligations
Chace Crawford layered up walking to the set of Gossip Girl in NYC on Thursday. We still have a few weeks to wait before the show is back from hiatus, though the cast has been working hard for most of the month while some big spoilers have started to leak about what to expect from its return. Both Chace and Ed took in some of the award season fun last weekend, and Mr. Crawford could be heading West again with his Twelve premiering at Sundance.

Taylor Momsen was the lone female star of Gossip Girl on the NYC set yesterday with Ed Westwick, Chace Crawford, and Penn Badgley. We've seen lots of the whole cast continuing to film this season, but with a variety of projects going on for all the actors, it's hard to have them all in the same place at one time. Ed, for one, is back on the East Coast after his big Golden Globes weekend in LA with Jessica Szohr, while Taylor stayed in the Big Apple for an event with Victoria's Secret.
Billy Baldwin Cast as Serena's Dad on Gossip Girl — Discuss!
This is sort of a weird, wild surprise: '90s heartthrob (and Alec's little brother) Billy Baldwin has been cast as Keith van der Woodsen — Serena's dad!
Yes, the as-yet-unseen (except for in that '80s flashback) Gossip Girl character will be played by Baldwin, who was last on Dirty Sexy Money. Though he's aged a bit, he was quite the hot thing back in the day (remember that the term "Baldwin" meant hot guy in Clueless slang?).
The Gossip Gang Reunites After a Golden Weekend
The cameras were rolling on the NYC set of Gossip Girl yesterday for Taylor Momsen, Blake Lively and Penn Badgley. Chace Crawford was back to work following his exciting weekend in LA for the Golden Globes. Jessica Szohr and Ed Westwick also went west for the Art of Elysium charity event and the awards show afterparties, though they weren't on hand for the afternoon of filming.
Taylor Focuses on Her Music Career at Fragrance Launch
Taylor Momsen was showing off her rock chick side at the launch of Victoria's Secret fragrance Love Rocks yesterday, wearing a long silk dress and accessorising with some tough black boots and plenty of eyeliner. Being surrounded by all those instruments was probably pretty comfortable for her since she sings in the band The Pretty Reckless, while her Gossip Girl character keeps her high in the style stakes.
She took a moment to chat to reporters last night, but was definitely more focused on talking about her current projects instead of current events.
