Courteney Cox and Busy Philipps were together filming Cougar Town in LA yesterday. The girls have been logging long hours on the set as they finish filming the first season of their hit show, but Courteney has had extra time to pitch in with the Help Haiti Now telethon and attend the Golden Globes with her husband David. Courteney's appearance at the awards had a New York Times writer saying she looked fuller than usual, but David was quick to dismiss the story at an event this week.
Courteney Stays Busy in Rainy Cougar Town
Courteney Cox was out for yet another rainy LA day on the set of Cougar Town. Courteney got to wear her hoodie and jacket for a bit, but when it came time to shoot with Busy Philipps, the two let their cute dresses get a bit wet. The costars looked sweet together at the InStyle Golden Globes party, where Court wowed us in her dress after she was spotted grabbing a drink with real-life best friend and recent controversy-starter Jennifer Aniston.
Courteney Dodges the Rain Before Pitching In to Help Haiti
Courteney Cox shielded herself from the rain on the set of Cougar Town in LA yesterday. While she didn't win the Golden Globe Award, Courteney was one of our most stunning sightings at the afterparties in her Victoria Beckham gown with a very dapper David Arquette. Cox was also among the fabulous over 40 set at the awards before she joined friends like Jennifer Aniston and Sheryl Crow at the George-Clooney-organized telethon for Haiti.

Courteney Cox and Busy Phillips were back on the LA set of Cougar Town yesterday, and it looks like the ladies should get comfortable in the roles — their series was just renewed for a second season by ABC along with Modern Family and The Middle. Busy was quick to take to her Twitter with the exciting news while MF's Jesse Tyler took photos with his costars holding a funny sign. It's exciting for Courteney and her costars to be back in prime time with a successful show, and Busy seemed to having a ball in between scenes as she played around with her daughter Birdie following their recent fun with Michelle and Matilda.
ABC Picks Up Cougar Town, Modern Family, and The Middle for Second Seasons
Following yesterday's news about another order for Glee, comes word from the Winter TCA this morning that ABC has ordered second seasons of The Middle, Modern Family (more Phil!), and Cougar Town.
As a fan of the Wednesday comedy lineup, I'm psyched to see all of the shows remain intact, and especially happy for Courteney Cox for proving that she's more than just a one-hit-show wonder. Congrats all!
