In this ridiculously cute video from The Bonnie Hunt Show, a big Boxer's nap is interrupted by an inquisitive baby who crawls over and touches his paw. As if to acknowledge the baby, he turns over and faces her, gently putting his paw on the baby, who begins to smile with delight. I got no snark, irony, or anything but an unembarrassed "Awwww!"

Mandy Moore stepped out of her house in LA yesterday with Ryan Adams and one big brown bag hiding any possible engagement ring. Earlier this week we learned that the couple is now engaged but who knows whether they're in any rush down the aisle. First Mandy has another album to promote, but Ryan's hiatus from making music should help keep the focus on his bride to be and their upcoming nuptials.

It was an exciting evening in Hollywood when Angelina Jolie showed up to hand Clint Eastwood the Director of the Year award at the Hollywood Film Festival Awards last night. Actors like Ryan Gosling, James Franco, Dustin Hoffman, Natalie Portman and so many more dressed up to honor their peers at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. The audience was surprised when Angelina strutted out fresh from her recent trip to Afghanistan to speak about Clint.
