Penelope, Kate, and Kellan Have Posing Down to an Art
Penelope Cruz and Kate Bosworth put on their party dresses last night for Calvin Klein's bash celebrating the start of the Art Los Angeles Contemporary fair. It's been a busy week for Penelope since her appearance at Saturday's SAG Awards — she brought Javier along to a Haiti benefit, and apparently both of them personally committed to donating $50,000 a year for five years to the organization Artists for Peace & Justice. Penelope was able to enjoy a lighter evening with her friends yesterday, as did Ryan Phillippe and Abbie Cornish.
Nicole, Paris, Some Maddens, Conrad, & Bilson Celebrate D&G
It was a starlet-studded night on Robertson Blvd at the new D&G flagship store opening last night. Nicole Richie may not be working on an album after all, but she worked the red carpet with Joel and he wasn't the only Madden in the house. Recent exes Paris Hilton and Benji Madden both came out for the party.
NME Brings Its Rowdy Awards Stateside
British magazine NME held its first-ever award show stateside last night at LA's El Rey theater. Some friendly faces from across the way, like a sunkissed Sienna Miller, "it" model Agyness Deyn, and Kelly Osbourne were amongst the red carpet sweethearts. Miss Miller looks particularly pleased to see Mick Jones from The Clash, who won the Inspiration Award.
NME In The USA
The first USA NME Awards ceremony was held in LA last night, and a few British guests showed up to represent the magazine's homeland. Beautiful blondes Agyness Deyn and Sienna Miller showed up, looking stunning. Is it me or is Sienna totally channeling Gossip Girl's Serena?
Celebrities (and Sightings) Still Cycling Through Sundance
While my exhausted tail returned to San Francisco last night, the fun rolls on at Sundance with a whole new group of celebs coming into town to brave the cold and show off their movies. Other than Diddy, who was mostly there to show off his vodka. Lukas Haas separated himself from Leonardo DiCaprio long enough to premiere his movie, Death in Love which Buzz and I saw last night — totally disturbing (though Adam Brody was really cute in it) — before also seeing him out to breakfast this morning.
The Hills Are Alive With The Sound Of Shopping
As expected, the girls of The Hills were first in line at last night's opening party for the new LA Intermix store. The lighting at the party was pretty odd, casting kind of a weird vibe on all the pictures. Also around to sip cocktails amidst the luxury wares was Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Molly Sims, Rebecca Gayheart and Kanye West (of course).

With the Toronto Film Festival and VMA madness, it's easy to forget that NY Fashion Week is still going strong. In fact, it's just getting better and better. Victoria Beckham finally made her debut in the front row at Oscar de la Renta, after spending last week in the UK promoting her book.

Gossip boy Ed Westwick hosted a bash at LA's Confederacy for artist Todd DiCiurcio's new show Heartstrings over the weekend. It was sponsored by Rag & Bone, so as you can imagine, the crowd was understated and styley. Ed's girl, Gossip Girl Jessica Szohr stood out in her androgynous pinstripe suit and chunky chain necklace.
