Arrrrrrhh ya feeling geeky? If you're a Cult of Mac-er you'll be pleased to learn you can now watch “Pirates of Silicon Valley,” the 1999 made for TV 1999 movie about the beginning of the beef between Apple founder Steve Jobs and Microsoft founder Bill Gates, for free on Google video.
I can't guarantee a single pirate joke during the movie (perhaps that's why I had to insert the one above), but I can guarantee you'll wish you had a bottle of Rum when it's through to celebrate all things geeky and campy.

There weren't a whole lot of bright colors for the men on the red carpet at last night's Golden Globes but if it ain't broke, there's no use in fixing it. Even without taking any chances, the boys looked great on a sunny LA day that allowed for some of them to sport their sunglasses. Tom Cruise looked fantastic as his wife was performing her last show on Broadway before immediately heading to LA to meet up with her husband for the after parties.

It was a spirited and star-studded Tony Awards ceremony on Sunday night and Broadway would have it no other way. Elton John, Liza Minnelli, Dolly Parton and more (including, of course, this year's host, Neil Patrick Harris), all came out for the theatrical awards show. By far the majority of the honors went to Billy Elliot, the Musical, while the comedic play God of Carnage and the musical Next to Normal also did quite well.

ABC kept Upfronts going on Tuesday by announcing nearly a dozen new shows for next TV season. In total, the network picked up six dramas, four comedies, and a new reality series for Fall and midseason.
Among returning shows, the biggest news is the move of Ugly Betty to Fridays at 9 p.m.

Despite rumors that Graydon Carter was scaling things back for this year's Vanity Fair Oscars party, the soiree was as A-List as ever at its new venue the Sunset Towers. Jennifer Aniston could relax after her presenting duties, and when she and John Mayer hit the party, they couldn't keep their hands off each other. The couple cuddled up every chance they got, and he twittered a sweet message about her.

Jonathan Ross will host the Bafta Awards this year, he announced via his Twitter yesterday, and all of the nominations for this year's ceremony have now been released. The ceremony will take place at the Royal Opera House in London on February 8, and Kate Winslet continues her awesome awards season with two nominations in the best actress category, and Slumdog Millionaire has an enormous 11 nominations including Best Actor for lovely Dev Patel! While the women stood out in vivid colors, the men kept things basic as usual for last night's Screen Actors Guild Awards. Brad Pitt accented with one of the night's most popular colors, blue, to match Angelina's dress. The men of Milk looked handsome as Sean, who took the stage later in the night, observed the award's endowment — check out all the night's winners here.

Lil Wayne took top honors Wednesday night when the Grammy nominations were announced in primetime, followed closely by Coldplay, Jay-Z, Ne-Yo, and Kanye West. Lil Wayne nabbed eight nominations, while Coldplay had seven and Jay-Z, Ne-Yo, and Kanye each had six.
Lil Wayne's most prestigious nomination came in the Album of the Year category, where he'll face off against Coldplay, Ne-Yo, Radiohead, and Robert Plant and Alison Krauss.
