With his new movie Moonrise Kingdom on the horizon, we've had Wes Anderson on the brain lately. And what better way to celebrate this director than some quotes from his much-loved flick The Royal Tenenbaums? As we come to the close of another year, I've been counting down the best in entertainment from over the past 12 months. But let's not forget that we're also celebrating the end of the decade, so you know what that means - a recap of the top music, movies, and TV from 2000-2009! There have been so many creative, smart, and fun choices to keep me busy that it's hard to decide which ones deserve top honors. So beginning with films, here are my favorites, in no particular order. (If you don't agree - or if you'd like to submit your own top five, 10, or 20 - you can do so in the Buzz Best of the Decade Group)!

What's Your Favorite Wes Anderson Movie?

News about another Wes Anderson movie (even if it's not a Wes Anderson original) got me thinking about his ever-growing canon of work. I'll always be partial to Bottle Rocket because it was my first introduction to the brothers Wilson and I still crack up thinking about it, but I have a deep love for Rushmore, too. And who can deny the brilliance of The Royal Tenenbaums? And even though The Darjeeling Limited mostly flew beneath the radar I liked it well enough. On the other hand, some people aren't turned on at all by his trademark aesthetic and stories about dysfunctional families.

Freaky or Fabulous? The Royal Ronsons

Get out! You may recall yours truly was the melancholy bobbed Margot Tenenbaum for Halloween. Not only is The Royal Tenenbaums Wes Anderson's finest, Bazaar has reinvented the dysfunctional fam with one of New York's crusty yet cool families: the Ronsons.

The twin sisters, Samantha, of Lindsay Lohan fame, and Charlotte, of fashion designer fame, and DJ brother, Mark, have dry wit down pat. From Samantha's fur and Hermes, Mark's Adidas track suit and Charlotte's tennis-esque garb, they nailed the wardrobe. But the Tenenbaum's had attitude, and I have to say, so do the Ronsons.

Moonrise Kingdom Trailer: Bruce Willis and Edward Norton Go Retro in Wes Anderson's Latest

Ever since we heard Wes Anderson and Roman Coppola were teaming up to write a screenplay, we've been patiently waiting for the trailer to present itself. Today, we finally got a taste of what Moonrise Kingdom has in store. And although it's live-action flick, Anderson's latest feels a lot more like Fantastic Mr. Fox than The Royal Tenenbaums. Set in a dreamy 1960s haze, 12-year-olds Suzy and Sam fall in love and plot to run away together deep into the New England forest. (This should prove to be no issue since Sam is a Khaki Scout, and his troop leader is Edward Norton.)

In true Wes Anderson fashion, there's an all-star cast with the usual suspects like Jason Schwartzman and Bill Murray, along with some new names like Tilda Swinton, Bruce Willis, and Frances McDormand. Everything about this trailer is romantic and quirky, sweeping us off to another world, presented in a way only Anderson can pull off. To see what I mean,

Gwyneth Paltrow took the stage at the New York Film Festival for a special event honoring the 10-year anniversary of The Royal Tenenbaums. In the movie, Gwyneth memorably played the kooky character Margot - and on every Oct. 31 since 2001, there have been plenty of people dressed up in Margot Tenenbaum costumes! Gwyneth joined costars Bill Murray and Anjelica Huston for pictures and a Q&A session with director Wes Anderson as well as co-writer Noah Baumbach. She tweeted a photo from the event, captioning it, "Leaving a special 10th anniversary screening of The Royal Tenenbaums at the NY film festival. I can't believe I'm Margot." The evening of reminiscence came for Gwyneth during a break from her latest Big Apple project. Gwyneth's filming Thanks For Sharing with Mark Ruffalo, and work on that project has taken them from Central Park to Brooklyn and Harlem.

The catch is that it often comes with a high price tag, and while student art fairs and flea markets are a great bet for affordable artwork, they'll also take a fair amount of time to visit. At this point, you must have heard of 20x200. The online retailer introduces at least two new limited-edition pieces per week, including one photo and one work on paper. Each of these images is available in three sizes. The smallest size is reprinted in the largest batch, at 200 prints, and sold at the lowest price – $20, and the collection includes a range of styles.
New York-based online gallery The Working Proof releases a new limited-edition print by emerging and established artists each week. Mediums include digital prints, giclee, linocuts, screen prints, and mixed media pieces, and prices seem to range from $30 to $100.
