And when I say "Fall," I really mean from right now all the way until the end of December. As is often the case, the slate of Fall and Winter movies appears to include more serious dramas and fewer "popcorn flicks" than the Summer did. Many of this year's Fall films boast some of Hollywood's most well-respected actors and directors, and some seem like they could easily receive Oscar nods in 2009.

A lot of animated films owe a huge part of their appeal and success to the talented voices behind the characters. The characters might already exist on paper, but — just like their human counterparts — they can't truly come to life until the actors dig in and figure out who they're portraying. With Wall-E on the horizon, I thought back on a few of my favorite voices from animated films of yore.

Hollywood is nothing if not youth-obsessed and yet, the Academy Awards has often done a great job of recognizing outstanding performances — no matter the actor's age.
From the adorable Abigail Breslin to the regal Laurence Olivier, the Oscars have proven that real acting talent knows no age limit. To see some of the youngest and oldest folks Oscar has honored through the years just hit "Start."

One of the best features on Buzz is the weekly recast challenge when I ask you to think up new actors to form the casts of classic TV shows and movies. The stars were out in full force this week on sets from Malibu to Marrakesh. Sex and the City 2 was filming all the way in Morocco while Bones and 90210 were on their usual sets in Los Angeles.
