Do You Still Follow TV Shows When They Switch Networks?

It's official: Southland is saved! TNT issued a press release this morning announcing that the cable network is resuscitating the cancelled NBC cop drama starting in January.

While this is obviously good news for Benjamin McKenzie fans, I'm still approaching it with moderate skepticism. The series may be alive and kicking, but if the numbers from other swapped shows are any indication, Southland may be in for a struggle. Take, Project Runway: After moving from Bravo to Lifetime, it took off like ratings gangbusters, but has since faced a decline. Or there's my favorite old-school example: Roswell. It used to air on the WB (in its pre-CW days), but after it failed there, it got bounced around to UPN - where it was cancelled again.

Obviously some viewers drop off when a show changes channels, but what about you - do you still follow TV shows when they go under a new network? Or do you lose interest?

Will You See Twilight in Theaters on Nov. 19?

As New Moon fever continues to heat up, the execs at Summit have decide to give fans an extra treat to gear up for the big sequel. Twilight, the first in the saga, will be re-released in theaters for one day only: Nov. 19, on the eve of New Moon's release date.

I'm sure those tickets will sell out fast, especially since I know plenty of Twi-hard converts who had no interest in seeing the film this time last year. It could be a fun refresher before the sequel, so tell me - will you see Twilight in theaters on Nov. 19?

Do You Agree With This Week's Winner and Loser on Project Runway?

This week Project Runway embraced its new LA surroundings with a movie genre-themed challenge. From sci-fi to period pieces to film noir, the designers each have to embrace a type of film in their design. John Varvatos, Zoe Glassner, and costume designer Arianne Phillips are the guest judges alongside Heidi in her sequin leggings. In general, I was impressed with the work this week. There were a couple of the designs that I enjoyed more than the one that won, but the person who went home seemed doomed from the beginning of the challenge. What do you think - do you agree with last night's winner and loser?

Eva Longoria and Tommy Hilfger took their runway-side seats to judge this week's episode of Project Runway. The designers took on one of their toughest challenges yet, as they crafted beautiful garments made only from newspaper. I was impressed with everyone this week, though the challenge loser was pretty obvious. What about you - do you agree with who was in and who was out?

Pearl Jam Fans: Do You Like the New Songs?

Pearl Jam's next album, Backspacer, will be released on Sept. 20 and we've already gotten a little taste of what to expect. I've heard "The Fixer" on the radio all the time recently, and earlier this week a b-side track to "The Fixer," titled "Supersonic," came online (check it out below).

As a Pearl Jam fan (I get to see the band this weekend at Outside Lands!), I'm mostly digging the new stuff, though it's also sort of just frantic. I'll be very interested to see what else the band has in store for us when Backspacer comes out.

Which Sex and the City Girl Is Your Favorite?

Who Will Be America's Next Top Model?

Alright folks, we're down to the wire. I'm happy with the top three this year, and I think that it's anyone's game (unlike last year which seemed a bit predestined).

On the one hand, Whitney has come a long way and could set a record as the first "plus-sized" winner in the history of ANTM, but the judges have sometimes been irked by her disingenuous demeanor. Anya has won a lot of challenges and has been consistent with her photos. She's so darn nice it's hard not to root for her, though that quirky island accent could make things like Cover Girl commercials difficult for her. And then there is Fatima with that gorgeous face, but not only did she miss an entire photo shoot, her moods and flakiness have been all over the map throughout the competition.

So who do you think Tyra will crown tonight?
