Say hello to the newest woman to join the ranks of iconic Bond babes! It's been confirmed that French actress Bérénice Marlohe will be the Bond girl in Skyfall, the 23rd James Bond flick.

Earlier this year the very first Bond girl, Linda Christian, passed away at 87. She played Valerie Mathis in the 1954 TV adaptation of Casino Royale before James Bond films hit the big screen. There have been countless Bond girls over the years, from Pussy Galore to Mary Goodnight to Strawberry Fields, and the most iconic 007 femme fatale would probably be bikini-clad Ursula Andress, who played Honey Ryder in the first James Bond film, Dr. No, in 1962. See the bodacious ladies who've wielded guns, showed off their assets, and bedded Bond for the last 50-plus years!

Like Crazy Will Remind You of Your Long-Distance Relationship

With its intensely relatable story and intimate performances, Like Crazy was one of the first movies picked up from last year's Sundance Film Festival. In it, Anton Yelchin and Felicity Jones rely almost entirely on improv acting to bring to life the story of young love facing the challenges of a long-distance relationship. Like Crazy is now in limited release, and if you can see it, you will likely recognize the emotional cycle of passion, frustration, jealousy, and doubt that plays out on screen, especially if you've been in a long-distance relationship.

Anyone who has fallen in love can identify the nascent stages of it. Anna (Felicity Jones) and Jacob (Anton Yelchin) take each familiar step as they get to know each other. Anna, an English exchange student in Los Angeles, tells Jacob that she's really not a "nutcase" when she leaves a note asking him out. Their first date is wonderfully awkward and the tension rises as they anticipate their first kiss; will it or won't it happen? It does, and they fall fast in love. They discover they both love Paul Simon's Graceland album, and Jacob's slightly uncomfortable, yet charming when he meets her parents. After graduation, Anna must return to the UK to apply for her work visa, and we all know her real motive for picking little fights with Jacob on her last day: she's going to miss him.

Anna just can't imagine leaving LA and Jacob, even just for a Summer, and makes the impulsive decision of a 21-year-old to outstay her student visa, figuring everything will work out. It doesn't, and her shortsighted decision gains her a long-term ban on entering the US. Thus, Anna and Jacob find themselves in a long-distance relationship right after graduating university, a time when nothing is certain, including when they will next see each other.

4 Unrealistic FWB Scenarios in Friends With Benefits

Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis's Friends With Benefits comes out next week, and while I thought it was funny and entertaining - plus who can complain about the JT eye candy? - some of the scenes miss the mark when it comes to the realities of a FWB relationship. The movie has several digs at the formulaic Hollywood rom-com, but even with a raunchier edge to it, the just-sex arrangement has been Hollywood-ized. Here are some unrealistic FWB scenarios from the movie.

Grand gesture: The whole nature of a FWB situation is that it's casual, which means grand gestures like the "running after the girl scene" and last-minute flash mobs probably aren't in the cards (never mind the logistics of organizing a flash mob).
Not jealous: When Mila's character Jamie starts dating someone else, Dylan (JT) seems a little down that he can't hang out with her, but not really jealous. Then it ends, and Jamie and Dylan go back to being FWB. In real life, it would have completely complicated things to go from their arrangement to dating other people. The new boy would have been jealous she was talking to a friend she used to sleep with, Dylan would have been angry and jealous, and they probably would have ended up sleeping together while she was still dating the other guy.
Meeting the family: For both Dylan and Jamie to meet each other's families is a stretch. Many couples don't even meet the families until the relationship is serious, and Dylan and Jamie aren't even in a relationship because they don't want the commitment. If you don't want commitment, you definitely don't want to involve family.
Overlooking pet peeves: Dylan has some weird bedroom quirks like feeling emasculated when she's on top (um, really?) and wearing socks in bed and the shower. They act like both are free to do whatever without it annoying the other person since they are "just friends," but in reality if you're sleeping with someone long enough, the quirks are going to bug you the same as if you're in a relationship. It can't be separated that easily.

Well, at least at the box office: Battle: Los Angeles, Paul, and Mars Needs Moms are all currently showing in theaters, proving that our fascination with the otherworldly is still going strong. While these three movies probably won't go down in the books as classics, there are plenty of movies about aliens that are spectacular - both in their genre and in film as a whole. Take, for instance, Ridley Scott's Alien. Totally creepy with incredible pacing and beautifully shot, this frightening sci-fi masterpiece still scares the bejeezus out of me. Shia LaBeouf Grows a Pair . . . of Horns

Ever wonder what Shia LaBeouf would look like with a pair of horns in his curly hair? Me neither, but we're about to find out. The actor has signed on for Horns, a film adaptation of a novel by the same name. Shia will star as the protagonist Ig, a 26-year-old who wakes up to find that his girlfriend has been murdered and he's been cursed with some devilish new headgear.

The novel was written by Stephen King's son Joe Hill (who is also set to play exec producer), so it's no surprise that the film is being described as a "love story driven by horror and vengeance." Sounds like a creepy Pinocchio-type story to me, but I'm intrigued by the blend of fantasy, terror, and romance. Have you read the best-selling book? And can you see Shia in the role?
