Yesterday we took a look at the new season of 90210, but I'm even more excited to get a peek at How I Met Your Mother. In the season premiere, Barney and Robin are still sorting out their feelings as Ted gears up to start teaching at Columbia. I'm looking forward to collecting more clues about the mother, so Sept. 21 can't come soon enough!

How I Met Your Mother Kids Pose Pretty and Talk Britney

The adorable cast of How I Met Your Mother minus Jason Segel got together to share a few red carpet laughs in NYC last night at an Academy screening of the show. Alyson looked especially fabulous in her LWD while Jason Radnor looked every bit his character in the untucked shirt, tie and jeans. At the event Neil Patrick Harris talked about, what else, the possibility of bringing Britney back. He said, "The door is open for her. We would love (guest stars) who get in the show’s world to stick around if they want to … but I don’t know what the writers have planned." While I love the show with or without Miss Spears, it would be fun to see crazy Abby one more time.

Britney's Definitely Coming Back For More HIMYM!

Britney headed to the recording studio in LA over the weekend, but while we wait for more music from Miss Spears, she's getting back to work at the TV studio, too. After much speculation, it has been confirmed that she'll be making another appearance on How I Met Your Mother! The episode will air on May 12, and the show's executive producer is already talking about how excited he is to have her back. We agree with his enthusiasm, since Britney makes one of our favorite shows even more fun. With the custody battle already starting to heat up in anticipation of the May 6 court date, getting back to work seems like a good distraction for Britney.

Britney's Back For More How I Met Your Mother

Britney Spears looked cute in her basic jeans and t-shirt running errands in LA over the weekend. It seems like there are a ton of potential projects in the works for the pop star, but this weekend we learned some especially exciting news: Brit is going to appear on another episode of How I Met Your Mother! Both the network execs and Britney were excited about the chance to work together again, which is no surprise since her first appearance was a big hit for her fans and was great for the show's ratings. We couldn't be more psyched about this latest bit of good news for her, but will you tune in to see Miss Brit try her comedic skills again?

Russell Takes His Mum To Forget Sarah Marshall

Russell Brand loves his Mum. He introduced her to Jay Leno earlier this week, and last night he took her to the LA premiere of Forgetting Sarah Marshall. Doesn't she look proud of him?! Following his win at the British Book Awards, a Sony Radio award nomination, and his upcoming single release (tied in with the movie) I think Russell has a lot to smile about. As you know, I was lucky enough to attend a preview of the movie at the beginning of March, and I really enjoyed it, especially Russell's performance and Jason Segel's singing.

Of course writer and actor Jason Segel was there along with producer Judd Apatow, and fellow FSM actors Jonah Hill, Kristen Bell, Paul Rudd and Mila Kunis. A couple of Mila's That 70s Show co-stars also showed up (Kurtwood Smith and Danny Masterson), and Jason's How I Met Your Mother castmates Alyson Hannigan (looking lovely!) and Neil Patrick Harris. No Britney though!

The fabulous cast of How I Met Your Mother came together for a little early St. Patrick's Day party in Hollywood last night sponsored by Jameson. Sadly, their newest costar didn't come for the festivities, but you gotta believe that Miss Britney was still all anyone wanted to talk about. Alyson Hannigan skipped out on the traditional green garb - but Fab's got all the info on her cute look. How much fun would it be to party with NPH, Jason Segel and the gang? Next time, Brit should totally tag along.

NPH Suits Up For A Power Walk AND Mandy on HIMYM, High Five!

Neil Patrick Harris was looking pret-ty tough in that Sesame Street muscle tee out for a walk with his boyfriend and their dogs in LA yesterday. NPH's How I Met Your Mother is one of the most under watched yet hilarious comedies on TV these days thanks to Barney (I'm especially fond of his clingy-woman-deterring pad). I'm hoping that having Mandy guest starring on the season premiere will help get a few more people to tune in and see just how awesome it really is. You know, that or the Emmy he should totally win. Speaking of Miss Mandy -- check out the first clip of her on the show! It's hilarious. Loooove her comedic work.

Mandy Goes Badass For How I Met Your Mother

Ever since learning Mandy is guest starring on the season premiere of How I Met Your Mother as the drunken tattooed rebound girl for Ted, I've been super excited. I love HIMYM and have thoroughly enjoyed Mandy's forays into comedy - so yay for bringing the two together. Judging from these, it may just be a LEGENDARY night for Ted and Barney. Mandy looks a little bit silly all tatted up (and not at all like a hard ass), but I'm sure it won't disappoint. Speaking of the always awesome and Emmy nominated Neil Patrick Harris, in case you missed it he'll be back on the big screen for a cameo in Harold and Kumar Go To Amsterdam. I literally can't decide which NPH role I'm more excited to see again.

Alyson Hannigan's Healthy On and Off Screen Relationship

In case you missed our many mentions about the fabulous CBS show, How I Met Your Mother, well here's another one. It's on tonight and stars Alyson Hannigan - the totally normal lovely band camp American Pie actress in a much more fitting role. She even talks about her big upcoming wedding on the show and how refreshing it is to see a couple on TV that has a healthy relationship. The two-part wedding episode starts next week but this week we get to watch our favorite TV bachelor Barney in awe of his idol Bob Barker. Neil Patrick Harris always cracks us up and we can't wait to see what's in store for us tonight.

Help Save Neil Patrick Harris as Barney!

NPH doesn't look like he needs any saving based on his cool look and his cute man while arriving home to LA but unfortunately, his fabulous character may be in need of some help. E!'s wonderful Watch with Kristin asks us what a world without Barney would be like and frankly we don't want to know the answer. I didn't even know How I Met Your Mother was in danger of not being renewed until Buzz wrote about Kristin's attempt to save our favorite shows. For all of you not watching this show you are seriously missing out on some of the best sitcom writing ever. In fact, it's pretty much the only reason to tune in to CBS right now.
