Whether or not you've been keeping up with the new webisodes for the online Heroes companion series "Going Postal", NBC still wants to ensure that you don't forget about Heroes starting up again this Fall. Now we've got a one-minute trailer for the third season (or "volume" or whatever it's called), "Villains."
The trailer's pretty exciting, as we once again see a whole bunch of our old familiars like Claire, Peter, Mohinder, Hiro, HRG and Parkman, among others. There are even a few flashes of that sexy horribly evil Sylar.

The BBC has announced exciting plans to aim to show episodes of the third series of Heroes within a week of the US premiering that same episode. As a big TV fan, I am buzzing about this decision, and hope that ITV, Channel 4 and other channels are taking notice and making plans to follow suit. Along with being able to view shows online, this is just one more way that the internet is changing the face of TV – it is now so easy to mistakenly read spoilers of your favourite American TV shows.

Heroes has been off the air for so long that I have to say, I kinda forgot about it. And of course, NBC does not want that to happen, so they've created an online series for us to watch during the Summer days leading up to the return of Heroes on September 22.
The online series begins on the NBC site on July 14, but there's a preview for it now, which you can check out after the jump. I'm a little surprised by how much I'm digging this preview, since I think these types of online series are sometimes gimmicky and uninteresting.

I'm looking forward to some top albums and DVDs that are released this month, as well as some exciting films which are hitting the big screen. To see what I'm adding to my shopping cart and heading to the cinema for this July, just hit "Start."

Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia recently started working on Heroes again and they can't stay away from one another. This time they're on a break but still dressed in character — or at least we hope so considering all that grease in his hair and her wig. Hayden recently chopped off her long locks, which seems to be the thing to do this Summer (Reese, Gwyneth, Anne, etc.).

Use leftover pizza toppings to make a traditional sausage hero. With its toasty bread, spicy sausages, and soft veggies this classic sandwich is perfect on a warm summer night.
For a vegetarian version, omit the sausages and add crumbly goat cheese.

Milo Ventimiglia is one of my favourite manjoyment subjects – and I think you can totally see why. From the first time he showed up as bad boy Jess in my beloved Gilmore Girls (still one of my all-time favourite TV shows) I was intrigued by him, and as time has gone on he's just got even yummier. You can catch younger Milo on telly at the moment, as Gilmore Girls is showing from the beginning on E4 every day (Sky+ it!) – it also stars Jared Padalecki (Supernatural) and has some fun early appearances of Adam Brody.
Getting back to work has never been sweeter for Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia. The couple was looking lovey finally back on the set of Heroes in LA over the weekend after a lengthy hiatus from shooting. While Hayden and Milo have never explicitly talked about their relationship, these two are clearly still going strong.
