For the second year in a row, House seems to have really kicked it up a notch at the end of its season. Last year, the fantastic plotline was the death of Amber and the way it disrupted the bromance of House and Wilson. This year's killer story once again involves Amber — but now, she's back as some kind of apparition, haunting House and giving voice to some of his meanest and most devious thoughts.

A whole lot happens on this week's return of Grey's Anatomy. Izzie starts chemo and wants to take her mind off her illness by planning an elaborate wedding for Meredith and Derek. Owen follows up on his promise to get help for his PTSD.

I Love You, Man is a sweet, low-key comedy about two guys who find true friendship. As I left the screening a friend said it struck her as a kind of poor man's Judd Apatow movie (meant as a positive thing, BTW) — in the literal sense, it seems lower-budget but it's also just quieter, tamer, and less yucky. There's tons of super awkwardness, similar to the kind we see each week in The Office, and little gross-out humor.

In I Love You, Man, Paul Rudd plays a man who proposes to his girlfriend (Rashida Jones) and realizes that he has nobody to be his best man. So, he goes on a (best) man hunt and finally finds bromance with Sydney (Jason Segel) — but is he the best man for the job?
The previews look funny for this movie — are they funny enough to make you want to see I Love You, Man in theaters?

On this week's episode of House, House once again finds himself treating a patient whose issue seems to be striking a little close to home: The man has developed a condition that makes him say whatever he's thinking, even when those things are horrible. House does that, too, of course, but he kind of lacks that nice medical excuse. That's a nice backdrop for a solid House/Wilson story, though, as House struggles to figure out why, exactly, Wilson is keeping secrets from him.

Ever since Chuck first started, I've been wondering what would happen if Morgan joined Chuck on a mission. Well, this week, it sort of happened. Morgan had a spy caper of his own to carry out, tracking Anna (Anna!!) with her new boyfriend — who then ended up playing a part in Chuck, Sarah, and Casey's real mission.
