Todrick Hall may have been edged out of the American Idol spotlight last week, but the former contestant isn't ready to step out of the spotlight just yet. He's started a campaign to land himself a role on Glee - perfect timing, since we know the show is looking to beef up the cast before season two. Idol may not be a bad place to look for new blood for the prime-time juggernaut, so check out five other contestants I could see getting their Glee on.

Well, the American Idol top 12 have finally been revealed! After last night's elimination we'll finally go back to two nights of competition with the boys and girls mixed together. It was an emotional night with a lot of tears (poor Alex Lambert had the whole house choked up!), but I can't wait for the competition to go to the next level. Which contestant will you miss the most?

Well, another four bit the dust on American Idol this week. We're slowly narrowing down the competition, but once again I wasn't overly surprised by who got the axe. Except for Michelle, the eliminated contestants just didn't deliver this week. How sad was it watching Haeley sing the all-too-apropos "The Climb" to end the show? Now that we're down to 16, which contestant do you think deserved another chance?

Unfortunately, the ladies were met with mixed reviews from the judges - lots of pitch problems, poor song choices, and identity crises. It wasn't all bad though, so let's recap what went down.

Last night American Idol claimed its first four victims, giving the boot to Janell Wheeler, Ashley Rodriguez, Joe Munoz, and Tyler Grady. I wasn't surprised that Ashley and Tyler got the boot considering their so-so performances, but I think Janell and Joe may have deserved a second shot. Either way, I'm glad that some of the fat is trimmed and we can start getting into the heart of the competition. So tell me - which eliminated contestant will you miss the most?
