Like one of this summer's biggest comedic hits, Knocked Up, The Brothers Solomon finds a lot of funny in childbirth — and conception, for that matter. "Arrested Development"'s Will Arnett and Will Forte of "SNL" play brothers who make it their mission to give their ailing father grandchildren before he dies. My girl Kristen Wiig costars as the woman they impregnate with all their hopes and dreams, and Jenna Fischer makes an appearance, too.

Good news for fans of the comedy troupe Broken Lizard, famous for their cult comedy classic Super Troopers: their latest film, The Slammin' Salmon, which languished on a shelf waiting for a distributor, got picked up by a studio this week for a release in December. And that's not all; there's a new trailer for the film, featuring not just the group's faces, but one very welcome one: How I Met Your Mother's Cobie Smulders! Jim Gaffigan and Will Forte also have parts.
