Jack, Ben and Robert Bring The Thunder To London

Ben Stiller, Jack Black and Robert Downey Jr took over Leicester Square last night for the UK premiere of Tropic Thunder. A smattering of Brit celebs also showed up for the screening, including Louisa Lytton, Alex Pettyfer, Gemma Atkinson and Dizzee Rascal. The newly-shaven Robert was looking rather handsome, while his co-star Ben talked about the controversy that the film has caused, saying:

"Everybody's entitled to their opinion of a movie like this where the comedy is a little bit edgy and out there. But I feel that, once people see the film, it's pretty clear where the humour's coming from."

You can decide for yourself when the film comes out this weekend, but I'd say it's definitely one to check out!

Ben, Robert, and Jack's Total Request Tropic Thunder

The men of Tropic Thunder paid a visit to TRL yesterday afternoon, showing off their comedic skills for a slightly younger audience. The trio made us all laugh during their MTV Movie Awards skit, so they're more than in with the MTV set - you know, beyond the fact that they're major movie stars. From there, it was group date night out at the Waverly Inn, joined by Ben's wife Christine Taylor. The boys' movie hit theaters yesterday and while it's been boycotted by some, it's also getting pretty good reviews, including from Buzz! Not winning quite as many raves? RDJ's mustache.

Tropic Thunder Hit LA, All the Boys Come Out to Play

Tropic Thunder has gathered some boycotters over the past few days, but that didn't keep away Hollywood for last night's big red carpet premiere in LA. Fresh from a weekend of rehearsals in NYC, Katie Holmes popped in on Tom's arm to help celebrate his acclaimed cameo in the movie. Of course, the stars Ben Stiller, Robert Downey Jr. and Jack Black were all there with their wives. Stiller in particular spent time defending his movie's edgy content, but only this weekend's box office will tell whether or not people are scared away by the controversy. Matthew McConaughey and Tobey Maguire, who both also make appearances in the film looked great out last night with The Office guys too making it quite the little boys club, with a few pretty faces like Katie, Amy Adams and more sprinkled in for good measure.

Bromance Frenzy At Tropic Thunder Premiere

If there's one movie I'm anticipating the most at the moment it's Tropic Thunder, and the male stars were out in force for last night's LA premiere. The movie promises Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Robert Downey Jr, Steve Coogan and a career-reviving cameo from Tom Cruise – so, basically, I'm in. There were some great manly bonding moments at the premiere, with Tobey Maguire and Robert greeting each other, Robert nuzzling Ben's shoulder, Jack getting close to Nigel Lythgoe(?!) and The Office co-stars Ed Helms and John Krasinski showed up on a Bromantic date.

While all the manly bonding was going on Ben's wife Christine Taylor laughed with Katie Holmes, before the boys returned to their partners for some photo opps. Also at the premiere Jena Malone (Saved) showed off her new look and haircut, my girl FabUK wants to know if you love it or hate it?

Sorry Iron Man, Your Son Prefers Batman

Robert Downey Jr obviously didn't impress son Indio by playing Iron Man on the big screen, as Indio seems to be all about fellow superhero Batman – at least according to his belt and t-shirt! Hollywood's impressed by Robert though, as he's now getting his very own star on the Walk Of Fame – and well deserved too, if only for the amazingly funny skit with his Tropic Thunder co-stars Ben Stiller and Jack Black at this year's MTV Movie Awards (definitely check it out after the jump). I love Robert Downey Jr and I have to say I'm stoked that he's back on the A list!
