All of the new DVD releases hit stores (and Netflix) on Tuesdays. So each week in What to Netflix: New DVD Tuesday, I sort through the best of the batch and tell you what to add to your queue. In addition to my selections below you can add M. Night Shyamalan's The Happening and Gus Van Sant's Paranoid Park to your queue today. Oh, and maybe there are folks out there excited to bring home You Don't Mess With the Zohan? Maybe?

Very Funny TV-to-DVD
Yee-haw! This week brings us more TV-to-DVD with two favorites headed to a home theater near you:

30 Rock: Season Two
Tina Fey has been on a roll with her frequent appearances on Saturday Night Live but come Oct. 30 she'll return to her day job, 30 Rock. Is there anything this woman can't do? I for one will be adding this DVD of the show's second season to my collection. Special features include commentary by Fey, deleted scenes, a peek at the table read for the episode titled "Cooter," and a featurette called, "The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Presents: An Evening With 30 Rock."
How I Met Your Mother: Season Three
Another adorable television comedy I would love to own (hint, hint parents). Special features include Lily and Marshall's honeymoon videos, additional scenes, behind-the-scenes footage, an unrated gag reel and, of course, music videos!

Do a bar crawl to hit up the city's best photo booths. Take a set of pics and have a different cocktail at each.
Make funny gifs of your favorite memories together.
Grab your cameras and spend the day snapping photos of your hood.
Say cheese and challenge yourself by posing for self-portraits together using every filter in Instagram or every film style in Hipstamatic in different locations.
Act like a visitor and snap pics at every tourist attraction in your city.
Stay up late to capture light trails on a city street or highway.
Spend some time after dinner perfecting your bokeh skills around town.

Virgin America Brings a Breath of Fresh Airline to Philadelphia

Heading to Philly? Simon's been vacationing in the Caribbean since the holidays, though his stay has extended longer than some of the island's other recent celebrity visitors. Rachel Zoe and her family returned to LA after their getaway last week, while Ryan Seacrest and Julianne Hough have also wrapped up their beach time. Simon will soon follow suit and get back to work on Britain's Got Talent following the end of a successful season on the American version of X Factor.

10. Renting a Car With a Debit Card

While many rental agencies require that you pay your deposit with a credit card, some will accept your debit card instead. However, agencies typically have a clause in the contract stating that they can pull your credit report if you choose to pay with a debit card. That credit check causes a hard inquiry, which will ding your score a few points.

A hard inquiry is when a lender, credit card issuer or other financial institution requests a credit check in order to decide whether or not to extend a line of credit to you, such as a credit card or home loan. Each hard inquiry usually drops your credit score by a few points and will remain on your credit report for two years. The other kind of inquiry, soft inquiries, are made by people who don't intend to take action, such as your landlord checking your credit, and won't have any effect on your credit score.

The Carriage House: Home to Hot and Flaky Southern-Style Biscuits

In the South, homemade biscuits are a staple for any household or Southern restaurant. Natchez, MS, a small town on the Mississippi River, is known for its Antebellum homes and unbeatable Southern cuisine. Stanton Hall, an official National Historic Landmark and one of the largest and most prominent Natchez mansions, was built in 1858. On the grounds of Stanton Hall, toward the back of the estate, is a restaurant called Carriage House, which serves some of the best biscuits in town.

The Carriage House has served residents and visitors alike since 1946, and a typical Carriage House lunch might consist of fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and mustard greens - served alongside biscuits, of course. Between 400 to 1,000 biscuits are baked for the Carriage House every day, and they're always served piping hot and crispy, with melted butter and a mild apple jelly. The biscuits are piled high on a platter, and asking for biscuit refills is just about as popular as asking for tea refills.
