Music Video: "All You Need Is Me" by Morrissey

Stereogum declared that this screengrab from Morrissey's new video will be your new desktop. I gotta say, I'm close to making it my IM picture because it's pretty hilarious.

One of the reasons I love Morrissey is because of his poetic and witty lyrics, and this song totally delivers. If you close your eyes during the video and just listen, it's a great song. However, upon opening them, you will likely find yourself staring at Morrissey as he wanders around palm trees clutching a tambourine. I'm not sure if there's a point to it all, but he's really serious about it. And for some reason, I can't stop watching.

It's hard to believe that the Smiths frontman Morrissey is celebrating his 48th birthday today. It seems like only yesterday he was helping to fuel my teenage angst and that of countless other young people. But the ex-Smiths have managed to stay pretty hip: Johnny Marr has joined Modest Mouse, Morrissey is still releasing albums as a solo artist, and a new generation of music fans are now digging the old tunes.

To celebrate, I thought I'd post this live performance of Coldplay covering "Stop Me If You Think That You've Heard This One Before." Fittingly, this was the Smiths' last U.S. single, which Chris Martin introduces by saying "One of the bands we all think is great is the Smiths." (Thanks to the Music Slut for posting the track.) FitSugar reader JessicaSmithTV wants you to know: you're hurting your workout when you bring your cell phone into the equation. She shared her three reasons you should stay cell phone-free at the gym in our 10 Pounds Down! community group.

1. It’s hurting your workout (and could cause you to get hurt)

If you can text or talk on the phone during any part of your workout, you aren’t working hard enough. Exercise requires a mind/body connection (yes, even the time you spend on the treadmill) and your cell phone seriously disrupts the communication signals between your mind and your body.

Even if you think you are the most talented texter, or multitasker to ever walk the earth, don’t kid yourself - many studies have shown cell phone distraction as even worse than being drunk – so if you wouldn’t run that mile, take that spin class or do Pilates totally wasted, then your phone shouldn’t be out during your workout. Not paying attention during exercise is dangerous and can cause you to hurt yourself - in a big way. Not to mention, it slows you down! Even if you stop to text in between exercises, you are slowing down your flow - and your heart rate. Not a good way to get results.

Will Smith Celebrates His Son Trey's Graduation With Jada, Jaden, and Willow!

The whole Smith family stepped out in LA yesterday to watch as Will's oldest son, Trey, graduated from high school! Will flew West during a break in shooting Men in Black III in NYC to join his wife, Jada, and younger children Willow and Jaden at the event. Trey had both his stepmom, Jada, and mom, Sheree Zampino, on hand. Easygoing Will was even spotted mingling with the other proud parents and introducing himself to some of Trey's classmates, though four bodyguards were apparently on hand in case a situation arose. Will was a frequent face around the school and was often in the stands cheering on Trey as he played football. Jada is presently gearing up for the return of her TV series Hawthorne and, in an interview with Uptown magazine, discussed how she and Will have allowed Jaden and Willow to be child stars. She said, "Believe it or not, they're both like me and Will . . . Willow's a lot like me - just in the chances she'll take. And then, Jaden has the drive of his father. Jaden and I are what I call introverted extroverts. Willow and Will are more pow! Jaden and I, well, we don't give that to just anybody . . . There are so many other kids you can worry about. My kids? They're going to be all right. I get why people would criticize. But people need to know that Will and I would never put our children in a situation that would bring them detriment."

When you’re prone to migraines you’re forced to think through whether or not something you do will invite a headache into your life. Exercise is definitely one of those things. Should you skip a workout because you feel a migraine coming on? Or is it better to push through in the hopes a little sweat will make you feel better?

Most headache specialists recommend exercise and an increase in overall physical activity to their patients. However, to date, there’s skimpy evidence to support the idea that working out actually guards against migraine attacks. A few studies have shown that taking regular exercise can reduce the severity, though not the number of headaches.

Doctor Who Takes Top Award and Talks Eleven's Status

Hear that sound of distant applause in the air? It's our beloved cast of Doctor Who getting the recognition and accolades we've long known they deserve. At last night's National Television Awards in the UK, both Matt Smith and costar Karen Gillan took home awards for their work on the show. Matt won best drama performance: male for his portrayal of the Eleventh Doctor, and Karen Gillan received best drama performance: female as companion Amy Pond.

In an interview at the event, Matt confirmed the Eleventh Doctor isn't going anywhere right now. When executive producer Steven Moffat recently said the Doctor's friends Amy and Rory Pond would exit the show for good sometime in the next season, rumors swirled Matt would also soon be leaving. During last night's award excitement, Matt explained that he has no plans to leave the long-running BBC classic.
