Movie Preview: The Boat That Rocked

Sometimes you come across a movie trailer that makes you chuckle or cry a little or gets your heart racing, but the trailer for The Boat That Rocked just plain makes me happy. With a ridiculously fun cast that includes Philip Seymour Hoffman, Bill Nighy, Kenneth Branagh, and Nick Frost (among many others), and an equally fun premise (a group of "rogue" DJs standing up to the British government in the '60s? Yes, please) this comedy looks like it's right up my alley.

Inversion Issues: How to Remedy Common Shoulderstand Complaints

You're loving your yoga class from Half Moon to Pigeon Pose, but as soon as you get to Shoulderstand, you're less than psyched. Although a basic - challenging, but basic - pose, Shoulderstand can put you at risk of strain and injury when done incorrectly. Turn this pose into your favorite by checking out these common complaints and ways to remedy them.

"I Can't Breathe"
If you're well endowed or carry extra weight in your belly, then gravity causes added pressure on the lungs and throat, making it tough to take in a deep breath. A supportive bra and fitted top can help, but if you still have trouble breathing, then changing how you do the pose will make a huge improvement. Instead of stacking your pelvis and feet directly over your shoulders, hinge at your hips slightly, pressing them away from your face so your feet extend slightly behind your head.

Still can't breathe? Try the Legs Up the Wall variation; rest your lower back on your mat or, to give your hips a little lift, rest your lower back on a folded-up blanket or flat bolster.

Gossip Girl's season finale is tonight, and even though Dan and Blair have been making their relationship work for the past few weeks, look for that boat to be rocked when season five wraps. We have a few photos from the episode, and they focus on Chuck, Dan, and Blair, so my guess is that we'll be seeing the guys battle it out for Blair - and you know what we think about that.

Rachel recently threw a memorable celebration for Skyler's first birthday on March 22. The tot received tons of gifts from friends and family including a personalized rocking boat, miniature car, tie-dyed Raquel Allegra shirts, multiple fedoras, and a Gucci suit! In addition to his designer loot, Rachel may need to add some new shoes to his wardrobe since Skyler looked ready to take his first steps during a recent shopping trip.

In the meantime, busy Heidi's prepping for the upcoming release of her perfume Shine. She spoke about her multiple endeavors with WWD, but revealed she's most looking forward to a vacation with her family. Heidi Klum said of her Summer plans, "To go on a great holiday with my family. We’re going on a boat to Italy. I love when the kids can go and eat sea urchin."
