Another one bites the dust on So You Think You Can Dance. This week, salsa dancer Cristina was voted off after she performed a paso doble, which you guys had generally liked. Robert and Melinda were also in the bottom, but the show lost yet another girl.

So You Think You Can Dance lost two more dancers this week, two that you guys predicted would be in the bottom. I wasn't that surprised by who got cut, but it's already starting to get hard to see people go. There were some good performances this week, but no true showstoppers. However, there were still plenty of memorable moments; start the slideshow to see them and discuss who was eliminated!

So You Think You Can Dance: Down to a Dozen

As So You Think You Can Dance gets further into its season, and closer to deciding who will go on tour, each elimination is getting a little tougher. With only a dozen contestants moving on to next week, which two of the folks above weren't chosen to move on? To find out and talk about it, just

Our quirk is gone! Kourtni and Matt, our Uma Thurman lookalike and ninja-mask-wearing sweetheart, were sent home on Thursday. It was hardly a huge surprise, considering that the judges had seemed to have it out for Matt since the beginning and the two of them had had to save themselves with solos a few times already. But it's still a shame, and it makes me wonder if there are just some dancers who don't work out as partner dancers at all. Every time they danced solos, I was blown away - but I can't pretend like their partner routines didn't leave me flat.

Joining them in the bottom were Comfort and Thayne and Gev and Courtney, the latter of whom made their first appearance in the bottom three. I haven't been the biggest fan of Thayne thus far, but his solo left me with the goofiest grin on my face, and in the end, I was happy to see him continue - along with Gev, who was just fantastic; it's actually a little bit of a shame that we haven't gotten to see him dance solo in so long. Meanwhile, I think I would have voted with Nigel and said goodbye to Comfort, who's yet to show me that she's the best B-girl in the history of everything, but I was impressed with her waltz, so maybe there's still room for her to grow.

Some other thoughts on Thursday's show:

While I do love me some ecstatic reaction shots, did anyone really think that either Kherington and Twitch or Joshua and Katee were actually in the bottom? It seemed like there were some Cat shenanigans going on there.
I got a kick out of seeing the good-natured Tyce get all diabolical on the worst of the auditioners, but really, the time for that sort of thing was weeks ago, when we were still doing auditions.
Does anyone else have an instantaneous reaction at this point where if someone says the words "OneRepublic," you have "Stop and Stare" in your head for the next several hours? I couldn't even listen to their performance, really, because I was too busy singing "Stop and Stare" inside my head.
It was so fun to see Robert from LA again! I honestly don't understand what he does to make his body do those things; I can't imagine having that level of control over every single one of my movements.

Your thoughts? Will you miss Kourtni and Matt? And who really needs to stand out next week to make the tour?

Are You Glad That No One Went Home on So You Think You Can Dance?

Well, this elimination episode was a shocker! After the first round of performances on So You Think You Can Dance, Nigel and the other judges decided not to send anyone home. There were seven people in the bottom this week: Jordan, Clarice, Miranda, Jess, Tadd, Robert, and Mitchell (who was already automatically in the bottom because he was injured and unable to compete this week). They each danced for their lives, and you could smell that something was up when Nigel asked Mitchell and Robert to dance a second time.

Ultimately, Nigel announced that no one would go home because America hasn't seen enough of the contestants, and next week, two couples will be sent home instead. While I definitely agree that I haven't seen enough of anyone to form an opinion on favorites, isn't that kind of the point of these elimination shows? Let me know if you're happy that no one was cut, or if you wish they'd stuck to the format.

Are the Right Dancers Going to the Finale of So You Think You Can Dance?

Melanie, Sasha, Marko, and Tadd will be on next week's finale of So You Think You Can Dance, while Ricky and Caitlynn were eliminated. I felt like this was expected, because Marko and Tadd have been strong dancers throughout the competition, but struggled to connect emotionally with the audience. It was sad to see Caitlynn go, because she has grown tremendously. Nigel commented, "Caitlynn dances from her head and overthinks things too much. Melanie dances from her heart. Sasha dances from her soul. I think all three are incredible dancers." Are you excited that Melanie, Sasha, Marko, and Tadd are the remaining four dancers?

Were the Right People Voted Off of So You Think You Can Dance?

It's getting closer and closer to the finale of So You Think You Can Dance, and the top eight dancers were incredibly strong during last night's performance. However, America voted, and the bottom four dancers were Caitlynn, Jordan, Tadd, and Jess. I felt like Jess had the strongest solo with his incredible leaps and turns, so I was completely shocked when the judges decided that it was time for Jess and Jordan to go home. However, I think the judges want to see more growth from Caitlynn and B-boy Tadd. How do you feel about these eliminations? Was it time for Jess and Jordan to hit the road, or do you wish that they had a place in the top six?

So You Think You Can Dance Rundown: The Top 10 Shine Bright

For the first challenge of So You Think You Can Dance's top 10, the dancers were split up from their usual partners. They each performed with an all-star dancer from previous seasons, and got to show off with mini solos in their genre. The competition is tough, especially since each dancer really pulled through strong, and it'll be an interesting elimination this week, because the judges had some high compliments for everyone. Are You Happy With the Top 10 Dancers on So You Think You Can Dance?

This week judges picked the top 10 dancers on So You Think You Can Dance after the final 12 danced for the last time with their partners. It seemed like every couple struggled with technical challenges, but it was Caitlynn and Mitchell, Ryan and Ricky, and Sasha and Alexander who were the bottom three couples.

Ultimately, the judges eliminated Ryan and Alexander. Ryan was expected, having been in the the bottom three for several weeks, but Alexander was a big surprise. Did you agree with the judges' choice for top 10 dancers, or do you think they made a hasty decision?

Did the Right People Go Home on So You Think You Can Dance?

Another two bit the dust on So You Think You Can Dance. After the top 14 danced this week, the bottom six denizens were Jordan and Tadd, Ashley and Chris, and Ryan and Ricky.

For the second week in a row, a complete couple went home: Ashley and Chris. It was not really a huge surprise since these two have been in the bottom before, but I still enjoyed their routine this week. Do you think it was time for them to go home, or should other dancers have been eliminated?
